The food is good and the staff are very helpful. All this for a very reazsonable cost. We would definitely stay again. 09 August 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good location The location of the hotel is close to Gare de lyon while stay in a safer region. The internet speed is low and it doesn't work at my second night for an hour. Their description of bed type is incorrect. I book a KING EXECUTIVE and get a QUEEN bed. For Platinum member, I don't think they will do the upgrade or maybe downgrade as they oversold their room, so don't expect it. The front desk is as a normal hotel. 09 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gute Lage, kleine Zimmer Wer am Gare de Lyon ankommt hat sein Hotel in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch für Aktivitäten in Paris ist die Lage am Lyoner Bahnhof und nahe der Bastille günstig. Leider ist mein Zimmer kleiner gewesen als ich das von Holidy Inn gewohnt bin. Wer sich während des Aufenthaltes viel im Zimmer aufhalten muss um z.B. zu arbeiten wird das eventuell als nachteilig empfinden. 08 August 2014

Rooms were prepared nicely and the beds were very comfortable. Double check on the breakfast because it was unclear to me about the cost involed. I don't recall an additional cost ever being mentioned. Very good food and fantastic service, just seemed a bit pricey to me for what you got. Most likely would have went elsewhere. 06 August 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cama adicional incomoda EL hotel en general excelente. Lamentablemente la cama adicional fue muy deficiente. Solicitamos cambio y nunca lo hicieron. EL Hotel debe de mejorar este servicio. En el mercado existen camas de mejor calidad y con colchones de verdad verdad y no colchonetas baratonas en somiers desnivelados. En lasalida, el gerente nos atendio e hizo el check out. Cuando supo que habiamos tenido problemas, quiso compensarnos por las molestias causadas. Fue muy digno de su parte. Rebajo el 10 % de la factura. Si bien la comodidad no es cosa de valor economico, al menos tuvo la franqueza y amabilidad de ayudar a subsanar nuestra mala experiencia.
