Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by EL PEOR Después de varios dias fuera de mi casa y hospedandome todos en hoteles de cadena IHG, pasando por Costa Rica, Madrid y Londres, cometí el error de visitar el hotel en mención. Al llegar fui amablemente atendido en la recepcion. Al dia siguiente en la estación de desayuno no había espacio para sentarse, no habían huevos, no había pan, no había jugo de naranja. Me voy durante el día y en la noche al llegar a mi habitación encuentro la cama arreglada, pero el baño no fue hecho el aseo, los vasos que utilice para tomar unos refrescos y hacer un te a mi llegada el día anterior, estaban sucios. Al dia siguiente hice el reclamo en la recepcion cuando intente reservar para quedarme una noche mas y la respuesta fue a gritos por parte de la mujer, la que fue justificada por otros compañeros de que estaba embarazada. En la segunda noche perdí mi conexión a internet. Pensé que era temporal y como ya era tarde me fui a dormir para al día siguiente salir temprano. En la mañana tampoco servia la conexión pero me fui pues tenia prisa. En la noche al regresar, sigo sin conexión y el encargado en la recepcion, con pena se disculpa y me dice que hay un problema tecnico. Es decir, los clientes nos tenemos que esperar dos días sin internet. Afuera hay demasiada bulla y las ventanas al ser viejas permiten el paso de los sonidos Para mi experiencia utilizando los hoteles Holiday Inn, este es el PEOR DE TODOS !
