Hotel com cama ruim, cheiro de mofo, cortina pesada e suja sem ver cheiro de água há mais de ano, carpete cheirando mofo.
Serviço de recepção prepotente, se achando o máximo, tentando dificultar qualquer contato que não fosse em francês ( tentar o inglês ou o espanhol era difícil ).
Café da manhã pobre, mal servido, mal reposto e com pessoas antipáticas.
Banheiro apertado e quando um entra para tomar banho alaga o banheiro.
Vê-se assim que as tais estrelas estavam pra lá de apagadas....
Agora, conviver com um rato na recepção como ocorreu em um dos fins de tarde que ali estivemos, aí foi demais

Staff were not willing to switch on the air conditioning system as 'it was not quite summer' - regardless of the high temperature and hence our ability to sleep properly. Another poor service was related to breakfast - we had to regularly ask for more food to be brought out and the response of the staff at breakfast was very poor and extremely slow!

the room (707) was convenient, quiet, clean and quite spacious.
the room had twin beds though I asked for a double (you can ask the maid to connect the beds with sheets).
the bath had 2 sinks which was nice but the toilet were in a different place which was quite small and claustrophobic and the vent did not succeed well in removing the natural smell.
the desk people were very kind.
Gaite metro was 10 meters away which was excellent.
the only problems we encountered were:
1. we got only one key card because the hotel didn't have enough cards.
2. one of the elevators was not functioning well. its doors didn't open few times and moved to the next floor.
to sum it up, I recommend this hotel and it is very good in the cost-benefit aspect.
