Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Food Poisoning from room service The amazing view did not make up for the food poisoning I got from ordering room service dinner. Looking at the Eiffel tower from the bathroom floor was not how I envisioned my 2 days in Paris. Staff was indifferent to the situation, and reluctant to assist me. Language barriers prevented adequate communication, and I felt like I was going to die alone in the hotel room. Very awful experince. Great view- but don't eat the food. 16 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really enjoyable stay..... The location is absolutely perfect - minutes from the RER and Metro, and even closer to cafe's and restaurants. It felt like a really nice area and you could stay close to the hotel at night if you wanted to with everything on your doorstep. We were on the 4th floor and the room was really quiet. The bed was huge and comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water and towels. The roof terrace was amazing - even with the bar shut we took our own drinks up and enjoyed the view. Would definitely recommend. 16 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by perfect location, small and dark rooms. friendly staff we stayed at the holiday inn notre dame for 4 nights at the beginning of december 2014. chose the hotel primarily because of its location as a IHG hotel. perfect location, close to lively saint michel and saint germaine de pres- both a stone's throw away. the room we stayed in was relatively small- compared to other IHG hotels we stayed in in Paris- montparnasse, crown plaza, bourgeval, and opera. but most importantly it was very very dark, the lights in the room were insufficient and the room also did not have natural lighting due to its location, but it is only for four nights so was not terribly problematic. the reception staff was wonderful, very efficient and worked tirelessly to solve any problems that might arise. did not use breakfast as the area is full of good brasseries for breakfast. 08 December 2014

The staff were very kind and caring ensuring all our needs were met or exceeded. Breakfast was definitely worth the price, offering a variety of breads, coffee/tea as well as juices and fruits, cheese, cereals, cold cuts, eggs, bacon, sausage. The staff in the breakfast room worked very hard and diligently to ensure that items were available and fresh. They were all very professional and friendly. 05 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Modern rooms The rooms were modern and clean, along with a comfortable stay. From the rooms on the higher floors, you can see the eiffel tower! Marvelous view at night. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the area. 05 December 2014
