Excellent staff, very friendly. Comfortable room, had a bit of a problem controlling the room temperature, otherwise very relaxing. Centrally located.

I found this particular Paris Holiday Inn perfectly suited for my vacationing needs. Because the hotel is centrally located I was able to take the underground train to the Louvre Museum. Other points of interest are easily accessible because the entrance to the train station is right at the hotel. The location of this hotel is in the midst of many stores and restaurants which allows shopping and dining.
The staff was exceptionally nice, attentive and efficient. They arranged a 1/2 day tour of Paris, and were able to answer all questions and coordinate plans. They were helpful with plans for Paris which went beyond my stay in that they kept my bags safe beyond my checkout time.
The single room was small, quaint, with a beautiful rustic balcony and architecture that fit Paris perfectly. The room was clean, beds clean and comfortable and the bathroom and facilities were modern and accommodating. Quality bath towels and hand towels were provided but there were no wash cloths. A safe provided extra security for belongings and complimentary coffee with coffee pot was perfect to start the day.
It was a great experience for a new Paris visitor.
