As with all hotel chains, they write up this glowing review of them selves about the room, the dinning and service and sometime it's true. It's not at this hotel! There was no mention that renovations were under way, not even from the front desk when we checked in. Only when we steped off the elevator and saw that all the wall paper was off the walls and there were several large holes exposed in the sheet rock that renovations were under way. Needless to say the hallway was dirty with an musty order. The so called AC did not work so we had to open the windows to get any fresh air. I will not go on because it is pointless - bottom line it was one of the worst hotels we stayed in the whole three weeks we were in Europe. Never again! 17 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Visiting Paris The hotel is very well located and at walking distance of Paris main attractions. Easy access from the airport by subway and train. The personnel at the front desk has an excellent attitude for the customers and are always looking to help you. Breakfast is excellent and the service hours fit the tourist needs. Bedrooms are comfortable, however, the noise isolation could be improved on those facing to the main street. 12 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate but could be better The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Metro, close to Orly, and close to numerous dining and shopping options. The renovations going on did not interrupt my stay. However, I was disappointed that after complaining about a bad odor emanating from the tub drain, that it continued throughout my stay, even after being treated by the maintenance staff. 10 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location The location is excellent, just a hop away from St Placide metro stop. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Decent cafes in the area. Very close the city centre and Departmental stores.Location near Montparnasse is a plus. Extra great reception staff. Emilie and Gretchel (I hope I got this name right) were personally helpful. One problem is that the Hotel does not organise a shuttle drop to the airport. You have to do that on your own. Breakfast was reasonably good, but a couple of more vegetarian dishes would be much appreciated. Strangely, the room was quite dimly lit; a little more light would maker it cheerful. 04 November 2014

Despues de un dia exhausto de caminata y salidas por la bella Paris...se hace necesario llegar a un hotel con caracteristicas como las de este... es comodo, el personal, es simpatico, se preocupan en entender el idioma del huesped... y ante un imprevisto, uno como huesped se siente en un ambiente familiar... YO fui con mis tres hijos y usamos dos habitaciones...no tenemos quejas... Amigos tambien se han alojado aqui y han tenido buena experiencia... 02 November 2014
