We had a great time at the Holidy Inn. We stayed 2 nights. The room was very clean and the beds, pillows and comforter was very nice. Staff was very friendly and nice.

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, overall excellent value.
carpet could use a little bit of cleaning though!

I chose this hotel for the romantic getaway package to give my wife and I a break from the stress of busy army life, and to see the family for Easter. Upon arriving at the hotel the front desk did not recognize the fact that I was a IHG reward member as the previous hotels I have stayed at have done. After getting to the room and running some errands we returned to enjoy our romantic package, the room was missing the microwave and other amenities that were promised. Although the staff corrected this problem they were unfriendly and seemed disgruntled about it. I visited the bar attached to the hotel to enjoy a drink or two when a party there began fighting. Although I was not involved in the fight I was thrown out of my seat and the whole experience left me wanting to return to my room to just rest. After being kept up all night by other guests room service woke us up at 9am to ask when we were leaving even though we had a prearranged check out of 4:00pm. After an hour room service returned again and entered the room while we were still in bed. Management has been contacted in regards to the issues at hand and I felt that they too did not have much concern for the safety or comfort of their guests. If we go back to new jersey we will more then likely not be staying with holiday inn or its affiliate chains.

The restaurant was excellent, although not cheap. I left something valuable (to me) at the hotel, and they quickly confirmed that the item had been found. We are figuring out now how I can get it back.

Front desk assistant manager very rude and nasty. Went for family reunion took out 8 rooms, assistant manager yelled at the kids to get out of lobby. When asked for a cup to have a drink in, she didn't give. She made the entire stay a missery Was very unhelpful and down right nasty. Look for a friendlier place to stay

This property is a gem. We were welcomed on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was very good. I will stay here every time I come back to this area.
