Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanliness I stayed in a suite and I was totally disappointed with the cleanliness 1. Bedsheet had oil marks 2. Towel has black stain 3. Molds in bathroom 4. Sit in the toilet and you will see the molds in the bath tub. So thick already 6. When I showered at night, there wasnt hot water but the next morning, you will burn no matter how you set the control. 7. Aircon wasnt cooling properly I have been loyal to this hotel and to Crowne Plaza so please look into this comments 30 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Too Noisey to Sleep I booked and paid for 5 different rooms for my friends and family on my last visit to Manila. Never had any issues before and did not expect any this time. I booked a two bedroomed suite for myself and my family. Given room 712 with no comment by the reception staff. I slept OK the first night because I was so tired. My brother didn't sleep well saying that there had been noise and flashing most of the night. The next night I found out what had been bothering him. There were workmen welding, banging and grinding almost all night long on the roof just outside our window. Closing the curtains did not make any difference. I called reception at about midnight to complain about the situation and they claimed that they would see what they could do....but nothing changed...the guys just kept on making their noise. I am positive that this work could have been completed after the shopping centre closed between 8.00 pm and midnight and did not have to be scheduled as it was!! As an IHG member I really expected better. 30 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed The bed was most comfortable and the room was likewise pleasant except for the view which was not as I had expected. The problem that was most prominent and contributed to some difficulty was the loss of the third elevator. It resulted in queues and lines and at the same time resulted in time being wasted in the waiting process. Otherwise, the stay was good and the staff were mostly courteous and cheerful. The banquet staff (waiters) did not forget to attend to requests unlike in other hotels where they sometimes forget requests for services. 24 March 2015
