Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast the breakfast items were so great. You got a lot of foods to choose from. All of these foods seem so palatable, good-tasting- and healthy. Even the beverages were so varied that you hardly can choose which one to take in as all of them seem to be good-tasting. There a lot of desserts like fruits. On top of all these great qualities of the breakfast is the freshness of all the items served for guests' consumption. It was just an unsightly thing to see some guests bringing out food, taking out large quantities concealed in paper bags. Anyway, i did not see any instructions which prohibit bringing out foods. 05 April 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 PERFECT experience at this hotel. I used to work at an IHG property in the US, so I tend to be overly-critical when I stay at hotels. However, I could find nothing at this property that wasn't absolutely perfect and well-planned and attended to. The front desk staff speak perfect English, are attentive and friendly, and took care of all of my needs. The rooms are spacious, VERY clean, and include very nice amenities. All public areas are comfortable and also clean. Fast internet, good location, great staff. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I hope to be back soon. 03 April 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great find, a "keeper" for all future trips to Manila This hotel, while aging a bit, was a gem for us. It was much better than a local comparably priced hotel we stayed in in Quezon City. Clean, friendly, familiar, centrally located, helpful, true service with a smile. Rooms and lobbies had lots of wood paneling and ac was very adjustable, quiet, unlike most local options. Would like a more lively bar that is open later and restaurant options seem limited, but there is a large Robinson's mall with plenty attached. We used it for a base while traveling in and out of town several times. I will definitely stay here again as it is perfect for our needs while traveling in Manila area. Reminds me of what a Holiday Inn used to be before they lost their way a bit in years past. I'd say they've returned in good shape. 03 April 2014

It is nice that they always inform guests in which we feel that were are welcome and important. The service was fast in responding in our needs. Die Freundlichkeit vom Hotelpersonal ist kaum zu überbieten und auch sonst präsentiert sich das Hotel in allen Bereichen stark. Die direkte Anbindung an die Robinson Galleria Mall ist auch nicht zu unterschätzen. 01 April 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Humiliated by the double standard of the staffs Humilited during breakfst on 26th Mar where I have been asked to pay the bill in cash as I am not 'credit worhiness'. eventhough the duty manager explained but still unacceptable# Has emailed herl but not received the reply; email addressed to her as follow; ============================================ Dear Tricia thank you for replying me, however I am unable to accept your reasoning; a) As a platinum member, I used to enjoy no deposit during check in world wide, hence when the check in staff didn't ask for deposit, I supposed it is the usual case as I have experiencing so long b) If your argument is correct, do you meant that I am unable to enjoy minibar in the room as what ever I would like to consume I have to pay up front? c) if your argument is right then I am unable to send for laundry as I need to pay first? d) As a platinum member, I used to be upgraded to suite and enjoy the breakfast in the executive lounge, I did not have the same previleage in your hotel and I am not asking either but it is always the courtesy of the duty manage to provide such prvilleage to platinum members as I used to enjoy I am sorry that I felt been discriminated and humiliated by your staff as I am not 'credit worthiness' Afterall you have my credit card and all personal detail, do you mean you afraid I will run away with the bill? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Services that touches you! My first stay in this hotel wasn't a pleasant one and I wrote a rather critical comments. Due to lack of choice, I stayed in the same hotel again. However, I never regret coming back. The services I received were excellent! The management has taken my feedback and comments seriously and have made changes to accommodate my stay. I especially want to command Rommel and Jinky who served at the café. I only casually mentioned my preference for breakfast and they remember my needs. Whenever I’m there for breakfast, they are all ready for what I want. This is a place I will come back again because they listen to you and have your interest in their hearts! Well done! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 A great stay experience We went for the ADB business opportunity conference and found this hotel very close to ADB and we didn't have to spend time on the road getting onto our meetings at the conference. Anybody who wishes to have a great stay in the Ortigas with only few mins away from Makati CBD may stay in this hotel. The hotel does not have a Halal food but there is a close-by Iranian restaurant by the name of Arya at Podium Mall where the delicious Halal food is served. 18 March 2014

Not easy to find power point for work. The lift is slow and run down. Many time, it doesn't stop at the floor selected. There is no supply of fruits in the room. Other hotels would offer a very expensive price range but would not be as big as what Holiday Inn offers. We will definitely go back to this hotel. 03 March 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding Preps @Holiday Inn Checked in an hour late because there was no room available, but the receptionist was very courteous and friendly so that was ok.. my suite's ceiling leaked and papa had to put a towel on it so my wedding gown will not get wet as I went out.. During our stay on valentines,we were told that photography is allowed within the hotel but during the wedding preparation itself, guards asked for a permit of some sort-- we were allowed later for a 10min. shoot-- isn't that so nice of them?!! Oh! BTW I love the margarita served at the bar. 02 March 2014

It needs remodeling and bathroom recaulking badly. molds in the bathroom marble tiling. leaky bathroom....doesn't flush very well. Need furniture upgrade. sofas and chairs need to be steam cleaned. For the dollar value, not worth it. Will not return to this hotel next year. 22 February 2014
