When my brother treated us for his birthday on October 11, he was booked at your hotel and the elevator problem already existed. It was crowded and there was a long waiting time to get to his floor or move from his floor either to the lobby or restaurant. To my surprise, when I checked in on November 20, it was the same elevator problem and in addition, while I was watching the TV, there was a brownout after which I noticed that a note was slipped under the door warning the guests of the power interruption. Sure the breakfast was fairly OK except that it was all processed food and not enough healthy viands. Upon checking out and upon leaving the Hotel, I was charged exorbitantly for overnight parking even though I was a Hotel Guest. I paid P600. This gives me the impression that you are stingy in giving services but you are quick to charge us for small items like parking which all International Hotels give free for their Hotel Guests. Because of this, I will give you the lowest rating.

We were treated like king and queen. I love it. Breakfast was excellent. They even asked us for meal suggestion which they served eventually.

Could be better. As loyal as can be, I have been staying at almost any holiday Inn I can find... but this trip is much to my disappointment. It could well be worse but never expect to experience such incidents from a 5-stars hotel.

The room was average but the curtains too short to block out the light for sleeping in. The staff was excellent and the shining star of my visit. The biggest advantage of staying at this hotel is it's connected to the mall.

My first stay in a Holiday Inn hotel was an amazing experience , all the staff made my stay most enjoyable , all of them went out of there way to see that i never had to worry about anything
