My stay at the Holiday Inn is superb and extra-ordinary. I feel comfortable and find peace. I have never experience a hotel service which is extra-ordinary than Holiday Inn and worthy to be recommended to others for a try. The various services provided by this hotel are rated as excellent.

I had 2 Issues major issues with my stay here:
1. Facilities - The elevators were down (only one working and 2 service elevators) for the one night I was there. When I asked, it seems this had been the case since Feb. Also, while the internet was free, the first password they gave me was not usable and I had to follow up twice in order to get one that actually worked. The mini bar was also strangely empty when we checked in and the bed had some dust bunnies that I honestly did not care for. They did provide 3 pieces of fresh fruits when I got to my room. The reception was nice enough to ask if I enjoyed my stay but beyond that she obviously could not do anything about the facilities. Also her apparent ignorance of the bonus stay packages led to my over-all frustration in number 2.
2. Points - The only reason I stayed was to get to my Platinum Elite status prior to flying out to the US (as I was also booked for another Holiday Inn hotel there and wanted to maximize my earned points). For some reason when I booked this in the IHG mobile app and checked in (note, I verified with the reception I had booked for the 5K bonus stay and she said yes), it did not reflect the 5K bonus stay when the points were credited to my account. The great thing was when I called the IHG contact center and shared my concern, they sorted it out and rectified my issue. That absolutely made my day as I had felt so frustrated about the whole encounter.
So bottom line: I would not recommend the hotel BUT I would still definitely stay an IHG member because they really do try to take care of their customers! Thank you Sheila (Supervisor)and Steph (CSR) from customer service! You made my day!

We had this mini stay cation due to the long weekend. We were able to check in around 1:30Pm and luckily we were told that a room was ready by that time which was okay since during our previous stays in the hotel when it is an early check in, we would be waiting for our room (since i am an IHG and Priority Priv. member we make sure we check in at least 7 times or less a year and its okay for us to wait for an avail room if we checked in an earlier time,Since its the norm for all hotels) anyway, Upon arriving the assigned room i noticed that the Air conditioning unit is already open and yet the air it gives out is humid well i just thought it was newly opened and we have to give more time for it to give cooler air. But then after 3 Hours, we have eaten and roam around the mall beside the hotel and came back to our room...to our surprise that the air it gives out was still the same. It was around 5Pm that i called and Guest Services told me that they would be calling the Engineering for the matter, i had to call the second time and finally at 5:45Pm the engineer arrived and checked the ceiling behind the AC Unit and we observed for 30Minutes and Yet no Coolness brought by the AC. Again we were expecting that it would be fixed and it was 10 Pm and i decided to call and told them about it,Guest Services asked me if there was an engineer who checked the room and YEs i said. So the Operator decided to pass me to the F.O and the F.O told me "that he'll see what he can do" then i remembered THEIR ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING FULLY AND SO I MIGHT NEED TO STAY HERE FIRST FOR THE NIGHT since im in the 6th floor and mall entrance is on the 3rd or 4th flr and its easier to walk via Stairs to reach those floors, and so I REQUESTED FOR THE ELECTRIC FAN,and the FO even told me that there was an ongoing AC maintenance and the AC should've been working properly;y by that time, as if it sounded that i was too demanding and impatient, where in fact i waited for almost HOW MANY HOURS and i never shouted or whatsoever, i just understood and waited... no suggestion or whatever given to me and just a okay will be providing an Electricfan.... The night passed by believe me it was humid, we even joked about our home Cooler than our room that day, We should have stayed at home... The next morning came and i told myself i need to complain Since it was never Cool in our room, Good Thing MS KAT B. From the F.O that day personally accompanied me to a room on the 7th floor, which was close also if we take the stairs.. and there when we checked it , it was WAY COOLER than our room, and had a BETTER VIEW.... Good thing Ms Kat gave us 4PM Late Check out for replacing the HUMID Hours that wasted our supposed time for relaxation. Thanks to her really!
