Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn for a Mini break with our children. Firstly a family room with two kind size beds, right then I knew our weekend was going to be good. Pool clean, steps in to the pool where the safest we have seen and the View well even on a wet day so relaxing. Breakfast was good our daughter who is studying down here joined us and if was a bit expensive. Yes we would come again. 26 February 2015

Things were realy on the ball, from the start of the day right through to room service, well done team at Plymouth. Breakfast has stepped up a gear its a slick operation and staff were spot on. Had room service meal, was delight full ( fish and chips) Check out not a problem, staff very helpful 25 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall nice comfortable stay The room was warm and comfortable.The bathrooms are very dated and the showers are not that powerful.I had a few drinks and a snack at the bar which was very nice. Breakfast was good even though there was a problem with one of the heating plates(that keep the food hot) and on this occasion I was able to park on the street right outside the lobby which is safer as I am a lone female guest who stays at the hotel for business use. 22 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Getaway Break We arrived after a 5 hour journey and got checked into our room within 5 minutes with great views across the City. We booked our Valentine's meal in the restaurant on the recommendation of Lisa and in particular asked if they could assist with helping with menu choices based on our food allergies. They couldn't do enough to help us. During our meal they checked all was Ok. Good wine selection and lovely atmosphere. Another night we had room service and this was delivered within 15 minutes and piping hot. Everyone seemed so friendly.We also used the Leisure Centre which was very organised and provided just what you needed to enjoy. 20 February 2015
