Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The good and the bad We walked into the very pretty lobby of the Holiday Inn in Pooler, GA and were greeted by Maria at the front desk who handled our check in efficiently. We were directed to our room which was clean and nicely appointed. After checking with the front desk, we learned that the lounge opened at 5:00 p.m. so we meandered down and were greeted by Nancy, the bartender. After Nancy served our beverages, we placed an order for 12 chicken wings to go....after patiently waiting and watching other diners receive their meals we became concerned about our order. Nancy told us we were next; that didn't happen....then we were told the wings were frozen and the order would be delivered to our room. Well, that did not happen. A call was made directly to the bar and Nancy told us she was waiting for the soon-to-be-delivered order. Well, that did not happen. A trip to the bar had to be made and we picked up the order. This entire situation was very disappointing and because of this disappointment, I am requesting a refund for the $34.00 charge to our credit card account. Check 1707, 2 Feb 15 5:11PM. 05 March 2015
