Good location, very comfortable electric curtains otside windows, but no complimentary water in room and littne bit run down bathroom.

The Wifi connection was not working at all, on bringing it to the notice of the help desk, the response was "we know it Sir, this is same for the last few months". Not fixed.
The bed linen was not properly done as there were hair strands on the bed linen from the previous guest.

hotel is pretty close to sight seeing areas of the city and a quick train ride from down town. Overall a positive hotel experince and no major issues all around.

Very satisfied. The service was good. I stayed out most of the day and only had my sleep and breakfast at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel with very friendly staff at reception.
Check in at 11am was no problem. Upgrade received.

Internet speed is extremely slow so not possible to work on your laptop if you are a business traveler. Staff is not professional. They asked which newspaper I prefer and they said I will receive it in my room, I received nothing. I had to go to reception 2 times to activate my key to access business lounge. I informed them that I will check out at 2 pm but they have forgotten to activate my key again so could not enter my room at 1 pm. I spent half of my time at the reception to fix the problems which were caused by the unprofessional reception staff.
