En terminos generales el hotel comple con lo minimo que espero de la marca, desafortunamente no he podido disfrutar de alguna habitacion superior, espero y para mi proxima visita me realicen el upgrade para hacerlo.

I Spent a couple of nights at this particular establishment booked by direct billing on behalf of the large firm I work for, who often uses the Holiday Inn brands to book our large staff and conventions.
At check in which by the way was very poor and with delays, I arrived at 10:00hrs from a long and tedious drive from Mexico City just to be told my room was not ready for check in, I had to wait like I homeless person until they decided around :13:45 to allow me to check in with my belongings.
Valet Parking and staff is never to be found at the door for dropping of or picking up your vehicle half hour wait at least every single time you try to accomplish the simple task.
At checkout time I was running late since I had to tend to a business video conference when I was suddenly and very rudely almost kicked out by hotel management who never offer the late check out option offered by most business hotels at no charge or at a minimum fee , hotel staff who also acted as if I intended to skip my bill who was to be paid by my firm direct billing, never, I asked to speak to the manager who in turn was very rude and insisted on charging me 50% of the hotel rate my reservation was originally booked in despite their awful service and the fact that I had only checked out 2hrs after check out as if I was staying at any corner motel that charges by the hour.

The stay in general is Good, however, the check-in process took about 40 min to get a room, I arrived after the check-in time and the rooms were not ready anyway.

I have stayed several times here, this time, however, the man in reception was extremely courteous and polite, it really made the difference!!!, the elevators were functioning perfectly, not like the last visit, so this time my experience was formidable.
I will definitely come back.
Also, since I am a gold priority member, was upgraded!!!

The service of the personal in the front desk is poor. In the check in they are not friendly and the check out is too slowly.

I recommend this hotel it was very clean staff very freindly and professional and accomandating the hotel is in a safe and central area reasonable pricing food was excellent. The only thing is that when we booked it said breakfast was included but it wasn't price and the quality of the buffet or a la carte was reasonable overall rating ``A``

En mi confirmación se dijo que contaba con almuerzo y al llegar mi familia les cobraron $785 de almuerzo por los 4 cuando no es lo que decía la reservación..

Un muy buen hotel con personal calificado y atento.
El restaurante ofrece comida agradable y el buffet esta muy completo.
El gimnasio esta bien equipado.
Me gustaría que la alberca tuviera agua caliente ya que no me fué posible hacer uso de ella.
