Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just Okay/Average I have stayed at many different Holiday Inn, and IHG brand hotels in my life. My experience at this property was not as nice as many of the others. It was okay- nothing bad really- just nothing too positive to discuss. The restaurant staff was very nice, very attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and the accommodations were adequate. 22 April 2015

And the price is quite reasonable for the amenities. We enjoyed the coffee bar as an alternative to breakfast as we usually go light and fast. I highly recommend this property. 17 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova is Quaint, but Nice. Customer Service is what keeps me coming back. I was not greeted as a Gold Member, but I reminded them at check out, and they were gracious in granting my points. Free breakfast, free parking in the Sacramento area. Great! 13 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice....but However I had a few disappointments First, I knew I was going to have a Jacuzzi tub in my room so I brought Jacuzzi safe bath salts with me. Filled the Tub, put in the salts, Tub did not work. Called the front desk and they could not do anything with it. Next I went out every day to the Hot tub pool. When I first got there I checked to make sure there were towels supplied at the pool. When I got out there the first 2 days, there were none and I had to return to my room to get one. The last day I went out taking a towel with me and there were 3 Towels available and this was early in the morning. Those two things took the shine off of what could have been a very pleasant experience. Especially the Jacuzzi tub not working. Really put a damper on my day. 23 March 2015
