This Holiday Inn is just off the M4 so easy to find and convenient for the motorway.
It is a very busy hotel with plenty of very friendly staff offering help and service. The rooms are on two floors and there isn't a lift, but the staff offered to carry our case up the stairs so if you have mobility problems or need a hand don't be afraid to ask.
The rooms are a bit older in style to other Holiday Inns I have stayed in, but still very clean and exceptionally quiet. There were tea and coffee making facilities sitting on top of an old dismantled minibar cabinet which looked a little sad. There wasn't a safe either which is a bit odd when so many people now carry expensive equipment such as computers etc but for the reasonable cost of a night's stay I couldn't complain.
The bathroom could do with a refurb, the water temperature was hard to control, but for the price you pay, it was a good hotel.
The breakfast was good with the usual variety of hot and cold food and the restaurant also offered a range of food which was reasonable value ranging from burgers to fresh fish.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the price per night very reasonable considering it's so close to London and key holiday and business sites.

This hotel is not special (except perhaps for the friendly staff), but OK to stay at. Close to the M4 (not to the railway station), so it's easy to see lots of places west of London.

Great stay, thank you very much especially to the front desk staff. I would use this hotel again if I were staying in the area.
