Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, in a very clean, comfortable environment.
Room was spotless, and very comfortable.
Swimming pool and Spa facilities were very clean and easy to use.
Dining experience was fantastic with amazing staff, nothing was too much trouble, and very attentive.

For an overnight spa break, my boyfriend and I were impressed and left feeling completely relaxed.
We went on Valentines Day, so we were welcomed with champagne in our room that actually had gone off, which was disappointing, especially as when we complained we were not offered a replacement.
The room itself was lovely and clean, well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a choice of hard and soft pillows too - added bonus!
The restaurant provided a delicious 4 course dinner. Although we had no problem with the service, we overheard a lot of people complaining they had waited a while for their food. We assumed this was probably because it was so busy as it was Valentines Day. Still, no excuse!
The gym and spa were great; everything you would expect. I had a facial and back massage, both of which were the best I've ever had. The spa staff were lovely; a particular member of staff made sure we had drinks and helped reserve some chairs for us on our last day.
Which brings me on to the only detriment of the spa area - hardly any beds/seats! There were 8 beds, which compared to how many people that actually were by the pool area is only a fraction, so a lot of people had to place their towels on any surface they could find.
Overall we had a pleasant stay, and would recommend this hotel if you want a nice little break away!

We accept that this is an hotel of exceptional quality with staff that provided a first class considerate and helpful service.
Arriving at around 21.00 hrs on14.02.2015, regretfully we were not able to use the restaurant facility but as a second choice the bar service was nevertheless satisfactory.
The disappointment of my wife and I is principally founded on the fact that we spent a very disturbed and uncomfortable nights sleep in Room 110 due to the mattress being somewhat "concave " and very much previously used!
I did in fact register our dissatisfaction at reception during checkout and apologies were duly offered.
