Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Stayed here on our way up to Portland, with a dog, 2 birds and a UHaul towing a car. Staff was very accommodating with a special shout out to Yasmine, who was our room service and cook for breakfast. Plenty of room to park the truck out of the way, but easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Room was better and cleaner than the majority I stay in throughout the year for work. July 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pet friendly rooms This hotel offers pet friendly rooms conveniently located by the doors to the outside. Room was large, clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and I liked the sheets they had on the bed. Had the option of a later check out time and that was very helpful. Internet service worked well. July 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Facility, lacking attention to detail Great pool, clean quiet rooms. Attention to detail was lacking. When we checked in, toilet seat was barely attached to toilet. - Staff promptly fixed but unsure why cleaning staff didn't report. Very messy hallways that cleaning staff ignored repeatedly. Mistake on the bill that staff did correct promptly when notified. Restaurant service was the worst we experienced in years. Waited over 45 minutes for the meal to be ordered and arrive. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wont recommend Lot of problems we faced while out stay 1. internet dead slow 2. they were out of all the accessories like a tooth brush etc and they write it as big "Promise" to provide all that to the guests 3. The reception is too far from the rooms and they dont even direct people properly 4. they provided us rooms with no microwaves and failed to provide even one for the 3 rooms i booked. building looks old and overall ok July 8, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Given Welcome Points At Check-In When I checked in I was thanked for being a IHG Rewards Platinum member. Then I was asked if I wanted 500 Welcome Points or a goodie bag. I asked for the Welcome Points. A week later I was given the hotel stay points; but not the Welcome Points. I then had to call the hotel on July 6th to ask for the Welcome Points. I was told that they would now add the points; but could not explain why I did not get the points sooner / automatically. This is the 3rd time I had to ask a hotel for 500 Welcome Points weeks later.
