Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent all round service and quality. Great location and service. Sales Manager Award and Said at the desk really looked after me and made my stay very enjoyable. I will be back again soon as a result. Only thing to improve is temperature in lobby - can be cold/breezy, but not a big issue. 01 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bed but poor service The hotel rooms are average in size but the bathroom inside the room have no sound insulation because the walls are made of tempered glass. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your bath towel while you are taking a bath. The front desk staff did not attend to my request and when I informed them about it they kept giving me the run around and making up very lame excuses. The restaurant was understaffed and the staff were slow to respond to our needs. The tables were not cleared after the people finished their meal, so the next person had to either dine at a dirty table or wait for a long time for the table to be cleaned. 27 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Meydan Return I was delighted to return to the Holiday Inn Meydan, where I was warmly welcomed and recognised by the staff, all of whom, particularly the reception staff, worked extremely hard to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to all. I still think the experience could be enhanced considerably with the addition of a Club Lounge.. 21 February 2015

The moment you meet the Front Desk (Mr. Said) with his nice smile and professional attitude you feel like you are at your home. to the Coffee Man from Yemen in the reception (I don't remember his name) with his warm welcome and smile to the Laundry man (Sorry I don't remember his name), to Omar of the Restaurant, the Sales Team (Mohammed& Khaldoun). On Top the Special Thanks goes to the Guest Relation Manager (Mr. Turkey) the moment you speak to him you feel that you know him for so long and you feel safe and whatever concerns you might have it will suddenly disappear!.
