I had issue with my reservation, I got help and has been solved by Mr. Sohaib. I had issue with internet and printer in business center and I got help from Mr. Kamran. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room type issue that made my stay uncomfortable I have booked for 2 nights and have selected a non-smoking room with king bed, when arriving to the reception I have reconfirmed my room type , I put my luggage and went out , then back after couple of ours to find a smoking smell in my room, I have complained and found that I have been located in a smoking room !! Called the reception and they said that there are no non-smoking rooms available with king bed !! Even if was not my mistake I have been located in a twin bed non-smoking room , the bed was not my type and my view was the lobby !! They promised to change the room the next day but nothing happened , I was staying only for two nights and it affected my stay a lot. When I was asked by a guy named Wassem about my stay , I told him what I had faced , it was too late to correct anything , but he apologized and offered my an upgrade during my next stay.. And that's why I have recommended this hotel as I want to give it another chance,so let's see . Also bath amenities are very poor quality, the shamboo and conditioner have ruined my hair ! 10 April 2015
