Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Hotel for short Business Trips It is a very comfortable and easily accessed hotel in the Riyadh area if you are visiting for a short business trip. The hotel is new and the furniture is in great condition. The rooms are big and comfortable having all the necessities. There is a fitness club, swimming pool and a nice international/oriental restaurant. The hotel has several meeting rooms for conferences. 24 September 2014

What would have made it even better if there was a bit of variety in the break snack rather than the same every day for my training course. The business centre manned and a booking system for its use for meetings. Access to computers should be un a separate room. The company who booked my hotel is one of the biggest global companies and appeared not to be known by the staff. They expect and should get special treatment and upgrades for its trainers where possible. . 22 September 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Building, Excellent Rooms, Good Service I stayed in Holiday Inn Maydan for more than one time now, the rooms are good, although some would say it's too dark, but I used to open the window, which was big enough to add enough sun to the room, although adding more colors to the room may help. Rooms are comfortable, clean, look new, but probably not well isolated from the door side and iron may not be the best to do your own pressing. The building also has good amenities (sauna, Jacuzzi, small gym to exercise), and breakfast is of good quality. I lost my mobile phone at Tea Garden cafe, reported the case to reception, and they promptly contacted customer relationship manager Mr. Turki to oversee the problem at a late timing, where he, the reception and concierge (especially Chamindra if I remember correctly) were very helpful, and have done their best to find the phone, in which an employee handed back to me as soon as he knew about the case. I highly recommend this hotel; and I’m definitely coming back next time I land in Riyadh. 09 September 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hard to impress me, but this property sure did This is actually my second visit to this property, and I was hesitant to comment the first time around because I was not sure if the experience would be consistent. I’m delighted to report, after my second visit to this hotel, that not only was it consistent but also very impressive and one of my best stays globally, let alone Saudi. The only thing I really did not like was the glass enclosure of my toilet, which in my view is a really bad idea, considering that privacy is much more important than décor. It’s not a problem when traveling alone, but it is uncomfortable all of the time, and really annoying when someone needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night and has to open the lights. The staff really stands out. It’s not unusual to find polite and helpful staff at reception, but it is unusual to find everyone I encountered was also the same. Please keep it up! 21 August 2014

On the other hand dishes are not well washes and we still see the remaining food on these dishes. 21 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reception It seems that the occupation of the hotel grow rapidly comparing to last year however number of reception staff remains the same If you are lucky and welcomed by Harish who is the only reception staff still there since the opening you'll finish your check in or out in few minutes although a lot of guests are talking to him over the phone or even face to face bit he still makes every one feels special guest If the hotel will not increase the number of reception staff specially during the rush hours I'm sure they'll lose a lot of customers soon. 19 July 2014
