Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Diapointing Holiday Inn, is my prefered hotel globally, but the experience in this location was extremely disappointing especially in House keeping. My booking was for 4pm, I arrived exhausted 11:30pm, no room was ready, had to wait for 45 minutes in lobby because room not ready! when I finally arrived in room, it was disgusting with hair on the bed, stains all around & bedsheets dirty!!! I complained and had to wait further to get the same not so well done room, naturally I complained again. Next day I arrive from work after 4pm and room was not touched!!! Complained again, they send someone to surface clean but still not satisfactory. Last day the whole floor was shampooed and major cleaning was done, the Housekeeping manager tried to arrange meeting with me but I was too busy to waste my time with him. In addition to all above, the staff in restaurant and in General are not trained well and very pushy/frustrated. April 28, 2015

Hotel lacks consistency big time apart from the restaurant food quality and more service.. food quality is definitely not 5 star very repetitive and limited... but that's bearable I guess.. what is not is the horrible service in that place.. it's zero zero zero... One great thing about this place are some of the reception staff... In particular Sayed and his colleague whom is another very kind Egyptian gentleman that I have forgotten his name. Kamran is another great and courteous gentleman... Cleanliness is another concern with overall standards going downwards over the twelve months period that I have stayed.. This place is in desperate need of a strong leader or external consultant to shake things up rather hard otherwise it will continue to deteriorate beyond salvation... April 26, 2015
