Myself and my colleague would like to have pass on our special praise and thanks to him. We should also like to pass on special praise and thanks to the Chef Santosh who was always there early in the morning to make me a special fresh omelet. These two people made my stay at The Holiday Inn Olaya a memorable experience. 03 January 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Feels like home! I have been staying at the Holiday Inn for several months, and in general I am very confortable. The reception staff with no exception are very professional, considerate and experts in handling complaints/difficult situations. The rooms are always tidy and clean. As a Platinum member I get to stay on the excutive floor, receive these chocolates, mint sweets, and fruits everytime I check in, have access to the lounge which have the nicest guys working there in the morning and at night. In summary it feels like home! If there is something that could be improved, it would be the gym equipment. 18 December 2012

Next time i will ask for a room with a view on the inside, and not on the interchange where traffic is running 24/7. The bed is very comfortable, room is clean, i regret not having received fruits everyday in my room. Internet could be better, wireless was not working at all while cabled internet was fast enough. 20 November 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience starting with checking in A professional services oriented the moment you arrive in the hotel where hotel staff try their best to accommodate your needs along with a glass of fresh juice to start fresh with the holiday in experience. Majed and Moamen in the reception won't let you wait any long ensuring a quick check in service. The second day I felt Really sick that couldnt move from bed I just called the reception asking for help and soon they called the doctor, paid on my behalf as I couldnt stood up staff hurried to get me the medicin from the pharmacy and delivered it me in the room the next day all reception staff and management called me to check on me I felt home this is real hospitality.
