Confirmation of my reservation showed that I booked for a different day. I called the hotel directly to fix the issue and they corrected my arrival date. When I arrived I noticed the price was substantially higher and was told that they would have the manger contact me on Monday. I received no call and was charged the higher price. I originally tried to use my reward points to pay for the room, but was told there were no rooms blocked for points. Sorry, if there is availability, I should be able to use my points. The bed was not high quality. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. There was a young lady (thin, small, dark skin) who was really very good at check in and at check out the next morning. She is a five star and probably needs to be working for a five star hotel.

We loved the look of the hotel. We were greeted immediately on our arrival. My spouse is visually impaired and we always request a room that would help him be more mobile on his own. The staff has always been willing to accommodate us. Our checkout was speedy. We needed to locate a business in the area and when I checked with the young lady at the desk, she was very helpful. She looked it up for us, gave us directions and printed a map.

My stay was very brief (2am-1pm) but it was a comfortable stay. Room was clean and had beautiful decor. Bed was comfortable. Had a good stay.

In Rock Hill for business. My room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast quality was good and the staff was friendly.
