Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Interesting village We have stayed here before and plan to stay in the future. The small town of Roissy is lovely. We eat at the hotel or a place called the 3 gourmands...they have the best meal and dessert crepes. We understand the Chinese restaurant is also very good. The hotel is next to a lovely park which often has posters about a certain subject...so when you stroll thru you can read the posters or just look at the pictures... On this visit we learned a lot about bees. 20 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ISSUE WITH WAITRESS AMIVI THE HOTEL IS FANTASTIC IN LOCATION. SHUTTLE IS THERE WHEN WE LANDED FROM LOURDES FRANCE. THE ROOM FANTASTIC. SERVICE GREAT IN THE FRONT DESK SADIK AND THE GIRL IN THE MORNING. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH WAITRESS AMIVI. SHE DIDN'T LIKE TO SERVE US SO EARLY IN THE MORNING AND WE HAD TO CATCH A MORNING FLIGHT. WE KEPT ON CALLING HER TO HELP US GET SOME OMELETS BUT SHE ACTED AS IF SHE WAS DEAF AND BLIND SEE NO ONE HEAR NO ONE. I HAD TO REPORT THIS TO THE MANAGER AND FORTUNATELY, HE REPLIED MY COMPLAINTS RIGHT AWAY. JUST HOPE SHE WON'T DO THIS TO TOURISTS WHO CAN'T SPEAK FRENCH. I AM CANADIAN AND SPEAK ONLY ENGLISH AND SPANISH. I TOLD HER I WILL COMPLAIN HER TO MANAGER BUT SHE JUST SHRUG HER SHOULDERS AS IF TO SAY WHO CARES. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT 14 January 2015

I got exceptional service from Pauline at the reception who assisted me in contacting my reservations after my credit cards had been stolen. She not only assisted but had a great positive attitude that gave me a very good feeling under the stressful situation. Her attitude was excellent and I have to say that I slept well after she completed the calls and I would highly recommend this property. When we travel things often go wrong and it is a relief that Holiday Inn has a happy to help staff attitude. 23 December 2014
