Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Used Rewards Points, IHG Charged Me Taxes I booked this hotel because the IHG website said it was a "NEW Hotel". It's not. It may be a new IHG hotel, but this hotel has been around for a long time. When we arrived I was told there was a parking garage. With no sign and landscaping blocking the entrance it took me 15 minutes to find the garage and park. To leave the garage, it took another 15 minutes to figure out where the exit was and how to contact the front desk to get the gate open. The room was nice enough, but there was no wifi connectivity. Everytime I attempted to connect to the wifi it would kick me off after about ten seconds. My room was also on the side of the building where the garbage truck picks up at 7 am. This normally wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't driven all night from Venice to Rome. Also, I used IHG points for my stay but when I checked out they charged me 6 Euros in taxes. 02 September 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Out of town This venue is half-way between downtown Rome and Fiumicino airport but their shuttle bus does not serve the airport! The only other problem was that internet stopped working when the hotel was full, oh and many staff were rather inexperienced. But the hotel is nicely refurbished, attractive, very clean and it was a pleasure meeting Franco, the Front-Desk Manager. 08 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location When I went to my room, the window curtain in the bathroom had stains on it and looked dirty, dingy and old. When I was leaving for the city center about 5 mins after check in, I went and asked to have it changed. The gentleman at the front desk made a call and told me it would be changed. Upon my return, I discovered the curtain had not been changed. The person I had spoken to earlier had left but the woman at the desk made a call then told me they would not have the curtain changed because everything was washed that day. I told her that while it may have been washed, it still looked dirty and was full of stains and that I just wanted a new curtain. They refused to change the curtain. I asked if I could simply take it down and that too was denied. I wish I had taken a picture of the curtain. Finally, I opted to change rooms. The room change was a downgrade and I had to go back 3 times before the key worked correctly. Also, the AC in the room leaked a lot of water whenever the toilet was flushed. I stayed on the 5th floor and there was a constant noise throughout the night one night outside - don't know what that was. Upon check out, I saw a charge on my bill, when I asked what it was the young man did not know. At first he suggested one thing and when I told him i didn't use that service, he said "maybe its something else". he asked his colleague who was busy and did not answer - I didn't feel like sticking around to find out as I was running late for the airport so I just paid it without figuring out what it was all about. 02 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay The room was great! Although, it would have been nice to receive clarification on how to work the lights, the Holiday Inn's in America are not the same! The room was clean, the shower was big and the staff was very helpful. The manager on duty, Franco, helped us with directions and made friendly conversation - he made us feel welcome. The hotel is located right next to the bus that leads to the center of the city. The bus is the cheapest and easiest form of transportation. When we come back to Rome, we will definitely stay at Holiday Inn. 31 July 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ok for a stop over Easy to take the public bus to city and Vatican. There is a good restaurant across the street and behind the gas station. In town of Pisana there a only a few choices to eat. Rooms were comfortable but nothing to do at the hotel. No pool or gym. Like I said good for a one or two night stay. They said 40 euro to airport was 50. I guess inflation. But only about 15 to 20 to get there.. . 04 July 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Decent hotel but disconnected from city center and poor staff knowledge Hotel condition is fair but looks like only tourists are using this with a pre-fixed transportation. So the transportation to the city center is not so linked from this hotel and its shuttle only operates for 8 hours. I found the staff very hospitable but some of the knowledge displayed was poor. I may not stay in this hotel again but will stay in IHG property 03 July 2014

The front office staff were very friendly and helpful and this hotel is located outside Rome but with easy transportation to the city center. 30 June 2014
