Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It´s good but could be better The air conditioner didn´t work well, we asked for an iron and was dirty, burned and didn´t work. We were two and the room didn´t have any amenities as a sleepers and bathrobe. Breakfast as a Platinum was good!! And the room service also was good. 10 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rome Pisana The hotel and the staff are great. The bus trip to downtown is not bad. The white knuckle cab ride from the airport will get your heart pumping. The restaurant down the street by the tennis courts is a great local place to eat if you don't feel like going downtown. It's a short walk, about ten minutes and worth the walk. WARNING! be very careful with your belongings at the Rome-Termini train station. We were warned and tried our best to keep control of our stuff. We still got robbed by gypsies. I lost a back pack with all my electronics, phones and documents. Aside from that moment the trip was great. 09 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great for meetings! Loved my room and the friendly front desk staff. Have to particularly thank the shuttle driver for local food recommendations and a really nice chat on my ride to the Metro station. The hotel is a bit far out but apart from that I'd happily stay again. 30 September 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Used Rewards Points, IHG Charged Me Taxes I booked this hotel because the IHG website said it was a "NEW Hotel". It's not. It may be a new IHG hotel, but this hotel has been around for a long time. When we arrived I was told there was a parking garage. With no sign and landscaping blocking the entrance it took me 15 minutes to find the garage and park. To leave the garage, it took another 15 minutes to figure out where the exit was and how to contact the front desk to get the gate open. The room was nice enough, but there was no wifi connectivity. Everytime I attempted to connect to the wifi it would kick me off after about ten seconds. My room was also on the side of the building where the garbage truck picks up at 7 am. This normally wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't driven all night from Venice to Rome. Also, I used IHG points for my stay but when I checked out they charged me 6 Euros in taxes. 02 September 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Out of town This venue is half-way between downtown Rome and Fiumicino airport but their shuttle bus does not serve the airport! The only other problem was that internet stopped working when the hotel was full, oh and many staff were rather inexperienced. But the hotel is nicely refurbished, attractive, very clean and it was a pleasure meeting Franco, the Front-Desk Manager. 08 August 2014
