Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Sleep Quality We were staying for just a short time after a long flight and an early flight the next morning. We checked in at about 10 pm and were gone by 430 am the next day. Our tv was not working - after about 30 min someone came to try and fix it but I had reset the cable box and he said sensor was misplaced and walked out of the room before the cable reset. It was not the sensor - it still wasn't working. I called front desk and she asked if I wanted someone to come up again - I said no because I didn't have another 30 min to wait for service - I had to be up early. Then the next problem was the ice maker was incredibly loud ALL night long. There is absolutely NO sound proofing in these rooms at all. We didn't get any sleep and would have been better off sitting at the airport all night waiting for our flight in the morning. 27 January 2015

Located off Rockaway Turnpike as you enter Long Island, this airport area hotel makes you feel much safer than in other areas of JFK hotels (Conduit, Jamaica, Rockaway, etc). Good restaurant within hotel with free room service until 11pm. IHOP, Applebee's, Subway, and others within easy walking distance. 23 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Choice When Traveling Through JFK Airport Stayed here one night after arriving on a flight from Europe before continuing on to the West Coast the next day. The hotel shuttle was free and travels frequently between the hotel and the airport. The property is modern and the room clean with everything functioning properly. I was impressed that the property was designed to keep aircraft noise out of the room. Breakfast was average, but very reasonably priced. I was especially appreciative of the friendliness of all staff from the woman at the front desk, to the man who drove the shuttle, to the staff in the restaurant. This will be the place I choose next time I have a JFK airport accommodation need. 08 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great experience I stayed at this hotel because I missed my flight the night before and did not want to miss it again. I used my IHG reward points, so it was free. The front desk staff were super friendly and the room was neat and clean. The shuttle bus service was super. My daughter left her Ipod touch on it by accident, so I called the hotel and let them know. In five minutes, the driver brought it back to us! 28 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay First I had to ask for my reward benefits. It was not extended to me. Room was to small not much room to stretch. No fridge or microwave in room. Only one washer and dryer available for guests. Transportation to and from airport is great. Leaves every 30min. Great restaurant and bar. 28 December 2014
