Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by one of the worst experience with Holiday Inn Based on my last experience with this hotel, I don't think anyone would care. I think the management in this hotel is very weak that's why its employees are not responsible enough to make customers happy. From the first moment dealing with this Hotel I noticed that drivers of the shuttle have very bad attitudes, the receptionist was rushing me just get off her face anf last but not least I waited almost one hour at the airport waiting for the shuttle and after making a call to the hotel I was very surprised to find out that I have to call the hotel so they can send the shuttle when every other hotels have their shuttle at the airport.....!!!! 25 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JFK access The holiday Inn at JFK was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, professional and very convenient for early morning travel from JFK. Comfortable room with a large TV with a selection of digital satellite programs to choose. The shuttle runs on the 1/2 hour 24 hours a day. Easy, free and fast. 14 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 4 Night Stay - Perfect Everything was great - the room was lovely and clean, plenty of room to be comfortable. Very easy to get into Brooklyn and the city by shuttle to the airport then Airtrain. Edward at the front desk was fantastic - very helpful and welcoming. Great attitude and customer service!! Breakfast at the Landing was delish - the banana nut pancakes were fantastic. Cannot beat the price and the accommodations. Very well worth the little extra time to get into the other boroughs for the ease of being so close to JFK. There isn't much nearby, a Kmart if you need anything and some big chain restaurants, but the front desk has menus and there are places that delivered. Shuttle was timely and clean. Very highly recommend. 10 August 2014
