STAFF AND MANAGMENT NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT HOTEL IS SERVICE INDUSTRY AND POOR SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ATLEAST NOT FROM HOLIDAYINN.

My wife and I stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon, to catch an early flight out of JFK. When we arrived they asked us to stay in a room with two double beds as opposed to one king which we originally reserved months before. They told me that they had no king bedrooms available, but when I put up a fight they were suddenly able to "Find" one. When we had hauled our bags up to our room, we found our our keys didn't work and we had to go back down to the service desk for new ones. We finally opened the door to the room and it was much smaller than pictured online. the bed filled the whole room and you had to shuffle sideways in order to fit between the foot of the bed and the Tv stand.
early in the morning I hear something at my door, and I wake up to find someone shoving a paper in the door latch. Apparently they think its convenient to loudly shove your receipt under your door early in the morning.

Pesimo servicio de shuttle
larga espera para registro
limpieza del hotel deficiente
respuesta del personal de front desk deja mucho que desear
habiraciones muy estrechas y se puede escuchar a la habitacion de a lado como si no hubiera paredes
el sistema de cable deficiente
en la habitacion que registre quedaba aun un basurero sin limpieza.
