Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We'll Stay Again and Again... This is about the 8th stay we've had at this Holiday Inn property. We stay here for the reasonable Chicagoland rate with the "park and fly" option when we take a week-long trip. The staff are always helpful and abundant for any of our needs. We've enjoyed dessert and a beer at Harry Caray's for a convenient "night cap". The shuttles have been able to get our group (usually 8 people) to the airport without issue in the early mornings of our trips. I generally don't spend the time with reviews as a one-time stay could be a matter of luck these days. But, this property consistently delivers. Keep up the good work folks! 13 April 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nicer than expected - very comfortable, clean and efficient I got a non-smoking room. That is the one thing I had negative thoughts about. It was obviously in the past, a SMOKING room, and the wallpaper and drapes still had that old odor of smoke. It was a great day, I opened the window and it helped. STILL.... HOWEVER - in all other respects it was an amazing experience. The staff was super helpful. The Harry Carrey's restaurant was great for Breakfast and I even got a free one because I asked at the front desk. The king room was designed very well, and provided every sort of "bedroom" appeal with a place to work, and microwave and refrigerator! ( not advertised). I was pleased. 13 April 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room 611 needs some work I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. This time I had room 611, it appeared as if there had been a fight in the room. The lamp shade was broken, the coffee table had chips in it and the room had an overall appearance of being beaten. I have stayed at this property several times. It is close to work and the airport, and the staff is attentive -- but really....the rooms should reflect the business atmosphere of the clientele. It is not a weekend get-a-way with a swimming pool and teens. I hope this just happened to be an over sight and one time circumstance 09 April 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Park N Fly Experience was Great! We booked a park n fly package for 8 days. The staff quickly and cheerfully greeted us. Checked us in and had us park in the covered garage. The room was comfortable and clean. The wi fi was free and worked. Our wake up call was on time. The shuttle only took a few minutes to get to the airport. Our room was much larger than expected, and we appreciated the separate sleeping quarters. Extended, covered parking was also a major plus. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and accommodations! I was very pleased with the Holiday Inn and Suites Rosemont during our stay in Chicago. We had originally made reservations for a double queen room, but found that we preferred a suite once we arrived. The front desk staff cheerfully changed the reservation when we arrived. The room was clean and well-appointed, as well as quite comfortable (even the sofa bed!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! 23 March 2013

I want to compliment the Shuttle drivers, all of whom are helpful, courteous, friendly and very good drivers! The housekeeping staff as well are always ready with a hello, and 'do you need aything?' when I se them. Everyone at the hotel has a smile and a hello how are you....Very welcoming! 18 March 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience We always stay at your hotel when we are flying to Hawaii. The Stay, Park and Fly is so convenient. We get there early enough to eat dinner at Harry Caray's, which is delicious. Then we are able to leave our car in an indoor parking garage for the whole 2 weeks we are away. And, the shuttle runs right on time, so there is no problem gettting to and from the airport. We always know that this part of our trip is a no-hassle part. Thank you. 13 March 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Front Desk Staff Kudos to the front desk staff, especially Angel, who were all very cordial to me when I not only arrived early for check-in but then requested a room with a comfy chair and needed help getting my luggage out of my trunk. When I explained to Angel that I recently had back surgery he immediately did everything he could to ensure that I was comfortable and had all the assistance needed. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. Because of a snow storm we ended up staying an additional night and thanks to Angel we had a lovely room to relax in and spend the day watching the snow pile up outside. Whenever we fly in and out of O'Hare we stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Rosemont and highly recommend the property to other travelers. 11 March 2013

From the time you check in with staff, 'til the time you go to your room and find it comfortable, 'til the time you go to Harry Carey restaurant ,til the time if you park in the covered garage, til the time you get back from your trip and they say goodbye it is awesome. With the Stay and Park option, the Harry Caray Restaurant (which is absolutely fantastic) and utmost, the staff from the Front Desk to the Shuttle Driver, it can't be beat. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd stay at this hotel where the heater is having issues One of the main reasons that I go to this hotel is how close it is to the airport and for the park and stay option before going on a flight for vacation. We also enjoy Harry Carry's for a meal before our flight the next morning. We also appreciate the friendliness of the staff. That being said, this is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this hotel that the heater in the room has keep us up all night. It went from extremely freezing to extremely hot all night long. I regret not asking to switch rooms, but most of the time I thought i was dreaming about the temperature change. All 4 of us felt extremely tired when we "woke up" in the morning. The next time i need to spend a night before a flight in Chicago, I’m going to spend some extra time to find a new place to stay and maybe drive to Harry Carry's to eat. 25 February 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good service, but room was too warm.Had to open window The breakfast service and food was poor. I did not know I could have ordered off the menu. Poor communication from server as to what was included in the buffet. Way too costly for the poor quality of buffet. Food ast the rehersal dinner was good and good service. Shuttle service to and from reception was not communicated to wedding party and guests properly and more trips to and from would have been appreciated. Some or us did not need to stay up until midnight for the first return to the hotel. 19 February 2013
