Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and peaceful surrounding The stay is a very good value. The friendliness of the staff and for amenities are a plus. If you are tired of hotel food and want something different; there are many restaurants in the area and some are in walking distances. The rooms are very relaxing and the overall hotel cater to a relaxing and peaceful environment. 20 January 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stay I stayed here for the second year in a row because the hotel is conveniently located near the facility where my classes were held. I had a good experience here in 2014, but my stay in 2015 was entirely different. The staff was friendly at first but then seemed bothered when I asked questions or expressed concerns. My room smelled musty, and I woke each morning with a headache. My sheets did not smell clean, and the tub/shower insert had a large crack that was in need of repair. The hallways were VERY cold, and when I asked the front desk about it, I was told that they do not heat the hallways and that as long as my room was warm that was all they were concerned about. AND, breakfast is no longer included with your stay. If you want breakfast, they can add $10 to your already expensive room rate. When I asked about this (breakfast was included in my stay last year and is included at other Holiday Inn location), I was informed that in July 2014 management decided to no longer include breakfast for their guests. I guess all these things combined and probably more I am unaware of are why there seemed to be so few guests staying here. I will explore other options and hotels for my stays in the area in the future, even though I am an IHG Rewards Member. 16 January 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy traveler Room was dirty and corner by the only chair hadn't been cleaned lately. Cofee maker still had old coffee grounds in it. When we asked the desk for a complimentary cup of coffee due to the grounds issue, we were told no. Ice maker only worked on one floor. It took a while for a staff member to direct me to the only working one on the 3rd floor (we were on the 1st). Bed was comfortable, but would never stay there again. 29 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Food service; wrong billing; no service Spent 30 minutes in dining room where all other tables were dirty from previous use and not been cleaned. No staff came by for over 30 minutes. Buffet tray of eggs was empty; other food items limited. Finally left after 30 minutes without ever seeing a staff person in the dining area. Had a voucher for free breakfast but no one to give it to! The evening service the day before was fine; food was good but when I went to check out, there were two separate charges of different amounts on the tab. Took quite some time to get corrected. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay on 12/9 I've stayed at this location several times over the past two years for business trips. The staff is very friendly. However, the hotel "in general" needs some major updating - especially the guest rooms. I've found that most of the Holiday Inns that I've been staying at across the country for business over the past year including the one in Alpharetta on Cingular (off Windward Pkwy) have been nicely updated offering a very satisfied experience. 14 December 2014
