Clean and good service. I even left a $10.00 tip for the maids. I would stay there again if work sends me in the area again.

Hotel is overall run down, dirty, falling apart, non maintained.Ownership should be disgraced and ashamed to allow the condition of this hotel to be rented to hotel guest.

Room looked dirty. Pulled out sleeper couch for my kids and it was broken called downstairs and no one picked up phone had to walk downstairs to desk to speak to someone while I was there told then I didn't have a remote for tv they did nothing about the bed but brought up a broken tv remote. Next morning had to go downstairs to tell desk remote is broke . They did fix remote. Think they tried to make the pullout bed better but it still was not right good thing my kids don't weight too much!! Parking lot was full of trash!!

The condition of the bathroom and its supplies were very poor. The privacy vinyl curtain did not completely shut. The phone did not work to contact the front desk.
I had to personally walk down to the front desk to get the missing bathroom supplies.

As a platinum member I wanted to have bottles of water instead of 500 points, but I was told that all water bottles are gone.. Even the vending machine didn't have any... I had to drive out just to buy two bottles of water.
Below a sofa in the guestroom, there were some popcorn left. Obviously the room was not completely vacuumed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tony Pro Bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows! Floor was quiet with no road noise on the 8th floor.
Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Request for Kate check out was cordially granted and the overall staff friendliness is much appreciated when I'm on the road!

went to dinner in restaurant had to wear overcoat no heat in restaurant, went to make coffee in roon at around 11pm made coffee, no cups to drink it in, and the worst part woke up in morning could not take shower for work no hot water in hotel
