Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not IHG standard This hotel does not meet the expectations of a Holiday Inn. The hotel has a musky odor. They have small portable fans on a timer to move the air around. The sign states the times for breakfast; however, the staff arrives at the time stated instead of arriving early enough to prep and be ready to serve at the time posted. Internet is lacking in bandwidth and speed. June 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Past reviews scared me, but not that bad! Due to NYC area markets, I had to stay here to stay within budget. I always stay at IHG hotels, and the reviews scared me at first but still stayed there 11 days and survived. The property was great access to highways and was not the newest of buildings. The experience was not terrible at all and the staff was accommodating. The closest train is 2 miles away and not the best of walks. There are zero places to eat around the facilities so if you do not have a vehicle your out of luck. At least there was coffee and fruit every morning and the rooms were in good condition and I felt safe. I would recommend this Holiday Inn only if you have a vehicle. June 12, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the Holiday Inn Standard The dust ruffle on the bed was dirty, looked as if food or something of it sorts was wasted on it. This hotel was dirty and old, it is in great need of a update. I regret using my points for this hotel, the clerk still charged my card full price even though the room was paid for with my reward points. House keeping knocks on your door at 8 am and did not give enough time to answer before entering. This was a total disappointment. June 8, 2015
