Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Hotel I was a little leery about staying here, but I was so impressed with this hotel. The upgrades/renovations were great, they really thought through logistics and clearly got input from frequent hotel users about things people like. Everything felt clean! The comforters are white so you know they're clean. My view was gorgeous! Staff was friendly. The only thing I would say is that the restaurant had great food and great service, but not for the prices. I had a yogurt parfait and a mocha and it was $15. That is outlandish. I did hear from friends that the breakfast buffet was good for the price though, so I'll try next time. I would rate this hotel high on my list! :) 27 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic views/excellent value. Cannot fault this hotel for location, friendliness and service. We asked to be moved from a small room ( 2 adults and a small child which wasn't unreasonable as we were staying for over a week ) and our request was met graciously by the manager on duty for the evening after an initial mix-up. We will most definitely be returning in the following years. The location is just perfect! So close to California St cable car and the buses along Van Ness Ave. We paid the higher rate to ensure a view ( Grand View King ) and didn't regret it one bit. We marvelled at the view of this lovely city and all it has to offer. 27 February 2015

I only wish that the hotel would give hotel guests either free parking or a discount for parking at the hotel. 24 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay but Very Average customer service My son and I were very happy to be located at 25th floor. Room is very nice and spacious and the view magnificent. House cleaning did a good job. Fridge and coffee maker made extra convenience tho' we didn't use either. Reception process was very efficient. Gym and small outdoor pool is there for whoever wants to enjoy. However, I asked for B'fast room service in the morning as I had migraine. My son was told that Food room service starts at 4:30pm! Atleast 4 times the Front desk never picked up the phone. Bathtub water outlet was semiblocked so had to stand in bath water while taking shower. The vending machine on the floor was 'out of order' the 3 days we were there. 23 February 2015
