Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay was STRANGE Stay was STRANGE. When we arrived the room was cleaned but someone had used the bed and left urine in the toilet. The manager called house keeping and they insisted we wait outside our room while they cleaned it. This made us late to our dinner reservations. The manager said for our inconvenience he would send something "special" to our room. We stayed two nights and received nothing. I'm not sure why the manager would say this and not follow through, as we did not ask for anything. The only good thing about this hotel is the view of San Francisco. April 26, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by PRICEY, CROWDED, AND LOUD! This got off to a bad start with afive minute wait to get into garage while somebody parked their car at the gate and went inside. Then, when I got to the counter, it was a 20 minute wait in line to check-in with heavy bags. Elevators were slow and always crowded. Most had a musty odor about them -- probably from so many people coming and going. Parking was tricky and people took corners way too quick, nearly hitting me twice on my way from where my car was to the elevator vestibule to the lobby. Room on 22nd floor was small, beds stiff, water pressure almost non-existent for the toilet and shower. Was going to eat a late dinner on-site, but the high prices gave me pause. Found a better option just a block or two away for less money. Not enough electric plugs out in easy to reach places either. April 25, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service We had prepare for a package deal with a parking spot and hotel room with double beds. After planning our trip, we realized that we would not be needing the parking anymore, however we were unable to change it online. When we arrived and they asked us if we were parking a car and told them no, they took the parking off our account and we paid a lot less for our hotel room. The staff was incredibly helpful and very nice the entire time of our stay. April 11, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great service except breakfast Centrally located, decently price by SF standards and very friendly staff for things like checking in, asking for recommendations or directions. The negative side was that the waitress at breakfast never would bring me tea during the two days she served me, so I always had to walk around and find other waitresses to bring me the tea. I also did not like the excessive use of throwaway items, such as having paper cups rather than regular cups in our room. It would be nice if they could build a wall and roof around the pool so it could be used all year long. April 7, 2016
