This hotel had the worst service that I have ever encountered. They did not address my issues and actively lied about their problems and my room's availability.

The rooms have only the barest service: there is no fridge, no minibar, no tea-making facilities, in fact there is not even any drinking water in the rooms. For a guest coming in with two cases on wheels the hotel offers several challenges: the front door opens outwards, then there is the security door to negotiate. Next the elevator doors: roll one case in, and the door closes. Then the room door: wheel in one case, and as the door closes because there is no way to hold it open, one has to open it again, and if one forgets to take the key outside, one is locked out. All the time no help from any staff.

se descansa bien no se siente el ruido del aeropuerto, pero el Internet tiene serios problemas y no se puede navegar bien desde algunas habitaciones, tuve que moverme por toda la habitacion para encontrar una señal aceptable y al final no supe si fue la señal o que tiene muy poco ancho de banda, pero deje de usarlo a la hora de intentar.
