Missed inform when booking that the electrical voltage is only 220v.
Driver of the transfer is somewhat friendly
The receptionist supervisor was very attentive, personable and competent.

I wasn't happy about this price of this place, but my colleague had recommended it. The place looks impressive from the road and also impresses from the inside lobby view. But I found it to be overpriced for what it was, and the rooms seemed on the small side to me. The biggest downside of this hotel is that there is no store / gift shop where one can buy snacks, soda or even bottled water. You either have to order these things during a meal (overpriced# or take from the minibar #even more overpriced).

The care of the hotel is excelent, but found the price too salty, although the location is great!
Anyway, the proximity to the ARENA ANHEMBI is an attractive and most positive point of the hotel, not to mention the fact that this is scheduled to receive visitors because of the event that will happen.
I have a complaint to make is about the smell of trash in the hallways which is very strong.

The Holiday inn service was excellent and the staff very helpful. The room quite comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely I do recommend the hotel.

I would recommend it, but there are some points to be improved. I tryied to order a snack Saturday night, november 2nd, but it was impossible to contact restaurant telephonist. I hoped at least 30 min holding the telephone. Of course, I gave up. The hotel is near the Anhembi Park and Campo de Marte airport and the noisy in the rooms is too high. Saturday lunch, I decided with my family to taste the "feijoada - typical brazilian food". The meat was tough and I paid too much to eat beans and rice. And finally, the daily rate is not enjoyable.
