Good hotel for business stay in Sao Paulo. Clean, good breakfast. Friendly but sometimes slow service from staff. Would stay again though.

I stay at hotels about 100 nights a year, but I never stayed at one that did not have heat in the room. It made for a miserable few nights and I would not return again to this Holiday Inn. The great food did not make up for the cold nights. I had to run the hot water in the shower just to get by. I chose not to use the extra "dirty" comforter I found hidden in the storage box at the end of the bed.

Caotic atmosphere. Bad reception service at check-in and check-out. Absurd not to permit room to room calls as a guest of the Hotel. This is made possible only thru reception and you are not allowed to know roolm numbers. I had to coordinate a group of 10 people and waisted a lot of time trying to get in touch with them. In various occasions reception transferred the call to wrong rooms and said Holiday Inn does not permit to give room number of guests even if you are hosted in the Hotel. Location is far away from city and you depend on taxi service all day long. Generally the Hotel is not what you may expect for price of rooms, food and beverages.

The service was unfortunately ver poor compared to other Holiday Inn hotels. Non-reactive; non-organised andnot really friendly. Old Gym with non-functionning Sauna isnot a hit; Room ok but not really new; all in all I ill NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Overall, the hotel was OK, according to Holiday Inn standards. People in charge of Customer Service just chose to IGNORE my requests of information about the charges during my stay.
I’m a IHG member and I never had to wait this long (it’s more than 2 week now) for any request I’ve had in the past.
I feel very disappointed with Customer Service for the lack of response of several emails and phone calls that I've done requesting information about the charges during my stay.
I use IHG hotels a lot for business, this is not the first time, after this I'm seriously considering to switch.

The room was clean, has wide safe, free wifi in the room,three towels in the bathroom, great view from the window, I was at floor #4.
Great desk service, speaking english, I have used the sauna on 6:00 am.
Overall great hotel.
