Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Typical Hotel Stay We had a typical hotel stay. Very good in some areas. A little lacking in others. We ate in the hotel for the Sunday brunch. Food was really good. Waitstaff was great. Hotel was clean everywhere was saw. Main problem was guest services. They did not follow thru on what they said they would do. We have stayed there in the past and will stay there in the future. September 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel staff It is not really fair to judge this property in full as it is in the middle of a major renovation. It would have been nice if they could have closed off several floors at a time or closed the entire hotel for the duration. Sometimes this is just impossible or not financially feasible. When completed it will be a show case along the Lido coastline. September 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Could have been better The staff was helpful and attentive . The remodel took a huge amount from the hotel. No restaurant service at all. We usually have dinner at least one night out of three. The parking of all of the storage containers and equipment took 1/2 of parking space. There were 2 outlets for electrical appliances. One outlet in the bathroom and one in the room. A surge protector with almost all plugs used was located under the bedside end table. The air conditioner was worn and took 1/2 the day to catch up with the morning temps. Usually we stay on the 5th floor but the last 2 times the fire alarm went off and had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night. Last year the intercom did not work and a guest went around banging on doors to wake people up. We expected a little more by giving up space on the 2nd floor from the 5th floor.
