Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 nice hotel and leisure centre The check inn good, The rooms are clean and well furnished and has a great benefit of having an indoor leisure centre, which for those who like to swim and kit fit is a must. The hotel is not ideal for disabled has their was no lifts to get to any of the rooms. I did not feel I needed to undertake additional fitness other than a swim as the long walk from the apartments to the front desk is long enough. The hotel has good parking, its sat nav post code brings you to a wrong location but fortunately their is some sign posts on the roundabout. My overall experience very good and would recommend the hotel for others and would certainly use the hotel again. 20 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No need to have any concerns at this hotel The only negative matter would be it was slightly draughty around the eating tables around the lobby area otherwise very nice hotel and lovely staff with large car park. So nearly 10/10 16 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Problems! I use this hotel because it is in a convenient location. I try to use other HI's in the area when possible. I had a number of problems during this stay and the staff were courteous and helpful to rectify the situation. The rooms are spacious but tired. The hotel is on a gradual slope and a long way to walk if you are at the back of the hotel. We have a corporate rate but it is still relatively expensive. The quality of the bathroom faciliteis is poor although the towels are ok. Each time I used the sink I had to suffer a recurring gurgling noise that seemed to go on forever. Bedside lamps with cable switches is similar to a cheap B 16 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff throughout Very welcoming staff throughout hotel. Considering it was New years eve, hotel performed well, especially the restaurant for breakfast the next morning. Beware that some rooms are a bit of a walk with quite a few stairs, so make any walking difficulties known. Rooms OK although we found the temperature sensor didn't seem to work correctly in our room, and we personally found the pillows a little lacking in thickness to provide any support. Would we stay here again .. YES. 13 January 2015
