Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 1 Night stand Decent hotel staff very polite and friendly and very helpful, Though was expensive for the standard of rooms bathroom especially very tired and needed updating. Good buffet breakfast with a varied choice. Had a snack in the bar at lunch time which was well presented. April 27, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom Facilities I am afraid the bathroom was not very good. Small, very slim bath which needed either a deep clean or replacing. Taps need descaling and a bit of a polish. Toilet needs a deep clean especially under the rim. The bedroom was nice, clean and very comfortable. April 19, 2016

Real shame as I've stayed here previously in a much nicer room and the food was better last time even though i ate in the bar area last time. April 12, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Understaffed hotel leads to slow service There doesn't appear to be enough staff at this hotel, which leads to a lot of waiting, at check in and check out, and in the bar and restaurant. The bar appeared to have just one member of staff who frequently disappeared to deliver room service orders. I ate in both the bar and restaurant and there were long waits for the food to arrive in both (around 90 minutes after ordering in the bar, and around an hour after ordering in the restaurant).
