Stayed one night, surprised the small room space. There is no bah tube in room, and the front desk told me there is no one room with bah tube in the whole hotel... Cannot believe it...Is it a Holiday Inn?
Not better than an HIE except the breakfast.

Disappointing service for a Holiday Inn, carry your own luggage both on arrival and departure and transferring to room.
Lobby bar very slow service and breakfast is supposed to be until 10:30am on a weekend but during my stay all breakfast cleared away by 10:20am.
Even as a platinum elite member you still have to give deposit on arrival, fortunately location of hotel suitable for requirement.

All along the years i use to book the Shanghai Vista Holiday Inn for all my business trip here. I never been disapointed by the service or room quality and appreciate the warm confort of that hotel.
Excellent location as well as high level of the service continues to make the choice of that hotel in Shanghai obvious for me.

I will say the bed is only comfortable area in this hotel, the bathroom is clean but too small and old. the lobby does not make people feel comfortable and welcome, but the piano play is excellent at night. The rooms are old, the change room area in the swimming pool floor is dirty and in a mess , I guess too many people and kids use it at night, try to go to the swimming pool join the day. Anyway, I will not recommend this hotel.

Bath room smell of urine. Non smoking room had strong cigarette odour. As a long time guest in this hotel (from the day of its openning), I witness the quality & standard of this hotel have gone down to unacceptable level.
