We found this hotel to be adequate for a short stay. It is very good for business meetings. Good venue for parties.

Standard Holiday Inn hotel, although a little spread out. I would have no issue with returning there in the future.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by PMB01 Consistently good, let down this time
Good standard of accommodation with attentive staff and a wide range of on site facilities.
Unfortunately on this occasion I booked the last available room; it was of poor quality and the heating didnt work. The only option was an extra duvet!
I will be back though, stayed many times and this was an exception.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by guest191214 Avoid this Hotel!
Freezing Cold Room. 2 Radiators didn't help at all. Cold wind blowing from badly sealed windows. No telephone reception in the room. Terribly Poor WiFi. Avoid if you can!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 New years eve Black
Attended with my wife and friends, overall a good enjoyable evening, reception area was very pleasant, however the pre dinner drinks supplied had very little "Fizz" in them and far to much fruit juice.
Dinner was OK, but again not fantastic, pleasant starter and sorbet courses, main course being lamb, I would say 40% lamb

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cornsy Room not ready
Arrived about 4.15 and checked in. Walked to room which was on the ground floor. Got to room to find it had not been serviced!!!! Walked back to reception which was a trek as the hotel is rather big. At reception the lady said sorry and called housekeeping. She then told us that another room would be available soon and she have us two free drink vouchers to use whilst we waited, fair enough but there was four of us!!! She returned in about 10 mins with new room keys. We finished drinks and went to room. This time it was ready, it was small being a family room and the bathroom had seen better days. Bits of the bath had chipped off. The shower was something out of the ark!!! It came out as a trickle but the water was hot hot hot. In the end I used the hand held one for a better water pressure. We had breakfast which was fab it was varied and plentiful no complaints here. We used the pool which the kids enjoyed as it was all one depth. All in all we had a good stay just the blip at check in.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hurtigruten great location for visiting Twickenham
This was our second visit to the Holiday Inn at Shepperton and this time we brought our parents. We are keen rugby fans and find this an excellent location for visiting Twickenham Stadium. The hotel has a nice secluded rural feel to it, which is a welcome change after the hustle and bustle of London. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff are very polite and accommodating. We did find the hotel quite cold on this occasion and were disappointed that our request to have the TV repaired/replaced was not fulfilled. We probably will return to the hotel in the future but hope that these issues would be resolved.
