Overall this place is OK I have stayed in better. The rooms are very quiet even though there are large groups meeting there on weekends.
I like to exercise during my stay. The exercise room can only accompany only about 2 people. Its about 1/2 the size of standard room.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The menu in the restaurant is very limited.

Be warned that there is no elevator in the suite building. We are no longer comfortable with carrying suitcases up and down stairs, so we requested a change of room and were given one in the building with an elevator.

Not the easiest location to see from the interstate. This location is in the older outskirts of town. There are a few restaurants in the area.

Located extremely near shopping, gas and great food of all types.
Hotel is on a service road with very quick and easy access to I20, I220, etc. Hotel is near the Airport too. Hotel is a straight 4-5 minute drive to downtown, River Boats/Walk or to those famous HOT Southern Maid Donuts!

I was pleased with the overall stay. The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were amazing. I was disappointed in the service and staff. There was one employee at check in that was knowledgeable and friendly; however the rest of the staff (to include the maintenance man and bartender) were extremely rude. The initial employee that I spoke with on the phone and that checked me in was so rude and had a terrible attitude. I tried to get assistance with the coke machine and was unable to do so. I was told by the check in clerk and maintenance man that I would be assisted in getting my money back immediately. I walked to the machine that had taken my money and the maintenance man just disappeared, I waited in the lobby 25 minutes and he still never reappeared and I never received a refund. .

My wife broke a piece of jewelry that she wanted to wear. I asked for a phone book at the front desk. Instead of just handing me a book, the agent looked up the numbers and called several jewelry stores until he found someone that would do the repair while we waited. That was above what I expected and it was really appreciated. I didn't have any other experiences with the staff, but everything else was top notch.

While generally I have enjoyed my stay at your hotels this time was very disappointing, On our initial arrival we were well treated by your front desk personnel, they were courteous, helpful, and kind.
On our 2nd day at your facility we noticed that the bed linen had not been changed because our granddaughter spilled something on the sheets and they had not been changed. My wife called the front desk and was told in a very unprofessional way that they were "going through a shift change and call back later" and then was disconnected! No extra towels were delivered that evening and when I called back the next day and explained the situation a housekeeper arrived shortly after my complaint with a change of bed linen and some extra towels.
Each day of our stay I left a tip because I appreciate good service and I want to reward the housekeeping staff for their kindness in making our stay comfortable. This time however, I was disappointed in the treatment that we received.
