Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stuffy room arrived around mid night. I got a free upgraded room but I felt like that room was never opened up to outside for fresh air. It was stuffy. Maintenance came by to open up the locked windows at 1am. Did not help much. I could not sleep the whole night. I guess new carpets could help? the staff was very friendly. 24 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Much better than expected I was apprehensive about the location. It is a 15 minute walk to the nears MRT station. Turns out that the water taxi on the river was perfect for this hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive. The room is a clean standard Holiday Inn room. Really enjoy my stay mostly because of the river and the water taxi. 22 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect as always I've stayed dozens of times at HI Atrium and my stay was always perfect. As Platinum member I got complimentary breakfast and late checkout till 4pm. Most efficient check-in & check-out. Everything was prepared in advance. The buffet breakfast was OK but maybe needs more variety. Anyway when I filled the server about my experience with the breakfast some of the missing items were immediately provided. Thanks a lot for the personalized attention. 20 November 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Aging and Sad Although they are working to renovate this hotel, I experienced an older room that was in need of major help. The room smelled moldy and musty and despite contacting the front desk several times about this issue, nothing was resolved during my stay. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice but did not fix the problem with my room. I would definitely look elsewhere - at least until the renovations are completed. 19 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay cut short due to Exec lounge closing Would have stayed longer if the lounge had not closed for refurbishment, withoutout a viable replacement service. However, I will be back once the renovation is completed. Just a big shame that the room refurbishemnt did not include updating "grandma's bathroom" to something that would be expected for a hotel of this standard after the year 1990. Staff as always are wonderfull! Really feels like a home from home! 18 November 2014
