Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay We chose the hotel due to its location to the ferry terminal. When the family arrived there was no porter so we had to handle the luggage ourselves as well as look after the children. There was only one member of staff on duty at the main reception desk and no-one at the Rewards Club Check-in Desk as well as no notice to indicate if it was open or closed. Check-in however was efficient and the staff friendly with room upgrade re-confirmed, along with option for breakfast in the executive lounge. The extra bed for our youngest child was ready in the room so we were able to get straight to bed. We had a 2-bed room and given that the rooms are not spacious there is just enough space to position the extra bed between the other two beds. For anyone staying more than a day or two this might be inconvenient. For breakfast we choose the main restaurant. While the food selection was good, unlike last year, there was no longer a food section dedicated to kids. February 10, 2016

Freindly staff , easy check ins nice rooms great breafast (though they have very limited of vegeterian menu would request to see more of it and change menu reguraly ) pleasent sleep feels just like home when you are away !!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Many stays at the Atrium, will go back. Overall the staff there at the hotel, lounge and at the Bar and Restaurant are very accommodating and I am always treated well. I have stayed many times and enjoy my time there. Pricing of the Holiday Inn Atrium and also with many hotels in Singapore is inflated so always a little disappointed in the price. I will go back, great location, convenient to many things. February 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great and would return! This was not my first visit to Singapore but first stay at the Holiday Inn Atrium. The hotel is centrally located and close to the riverwalk. Make sure to ask about about how to get to it! Rooms are clean but my only negative point is that the humidity smell is pretty strong and the air conditioning or carpets may need to be changed in the room I was in. Maybe adding a fan or ventilation system to the bathroom would also help. I have stayed at other hotels in Singapore before and the humidity level and smell was never as high. The food at breakfast was good and in great quantity. The hotel staff was friendly and especially Yunus (concierge). His attitude and attention to our needs was remarkable and needs to be mentioned. If we go back on vacations in Singapore we will surely book at the Atrium again! February 10, 2016
