Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service but noisy lift Not enough Executive rooms for the IHG members Staff always go out of their way to deal with any problems and provide excellent service. Evening and morning staff especially. Lifts are a real problem for 5 rooms closest to the lift area. I would expect bottled water in the room as Platinum member. Balaz and the ladies on the desk will always attend to my needs and make my stay more pleasent. The rooms need refurbishing and freshening up. Can sometimes smel a little old. The lifts are also ready for a refurb as this sets the scene. 27 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay, everything as it should be. From the moment I stepped in to reception, to the moment I checked out, everything within the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and always more than willing to help (even when I forgot my toothbrush!) The food at breakfast and in the evening were to a fantastic standard, and there was plenty of it! Looking forward to staying here again in a couple of weeks! 11 March 2015

However we found the level of service more like 4/5star. Nothing fussy, just the right level of care and attention. 11 March 2015
