Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely room but woeful internet connection The room was very comfortable and quiet. The internet connection however was very poor. In the current day and age, the internet connectivity should be a lot faster. It was only quick first thing in the morning (before 8AM). 21 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Renovations Ive stayed at this Hotel many times before . The staff have always been very nice and the location is ideal for my needs . I know there are renovation works happening so one should expect some disruption , but on this occasion I do not think the room rate warranted the facilities . I also had a guest staying from Portugal for the first time who was a little bemused by it all and I had customers staying who wanted to relax in their room in the afternoon but were unable to because of the noise from the building work . However I will stay here again as long as the guests do not end up footing the bill for the renovations by means of room rate hikes. 20 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel but under Construction The staff at this hotel is great but they are undergoing construction so there is no lobbly and only a makeshift bar and dining room. Once it is completed I am sure that it will be very nice. 19 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A home from home This hotel is a well-managed venue which is an excellent base for both Solihul and the wider Birmingham region. It is easily found from the M42 and there is a railway station and busterminus a 10 minute walk away. All the facilities of the Touchwood shopping Centre and the general town of Silihullmis only a five minute walk away. yet the hotel has the ambience of a country resort, with a sense of space and serenity. 10 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thursday 29th January 2015 Stayed on this night - Easy check in and very comfortable room. Breakfast was first class with a very efficient "maitre de" running the show. On return home discovered I had left my toilet bag in my room. Rang hotel and spoke with Kornel who was very, vey helpful. Within 48 hours my toilet bag arrived by post at home. Exemplary service!! 04 February 2015
