Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely comfortable bed - awesome rooms! The rooms are amazing - big and roomy. They have everything you need. The beds and pillows are so extremely comfortable that I wish I had them at home - absolutely wonderful night sleep!!! AND they had an extra blanket in the closet for each bed - THANK YOU! I am always cold with the thin comforter on hotel beds, it was so nice to have an extra blanket handy. The bathroom was spacious, upgraded, clean and very nice. Everything about this hotel was just beautiful. Totally recommend staying there! July 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Gem! We chose this hotel due to its proximity to doing business a block away. Having never stayed at this property, we were very pleased with our stay. The property is very well maintained both inside and out. Our guest room was immaculate and well planned for any business/leisure traveler. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of towels and great toiletries, The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. Although the property is rather out of the way in terms of downtown Boston, the Sullivan Square subway stop is an easy five minute (tops) walk away. We were very happy that we chose to stay here! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Diamond in the Rough The location of this hotel is dicey, but it is incredibly close to downtown (10-15 minute cab ride) and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities for travelers. It is also reasonably priced. There is a pool for children, and a restaurant (though it is only open for dinner and breakfast). The bar opens at 5 (it would be better if it opened earlier, but that could be due to Blue Laws which are strict in MA). the staff is courteous and helpful. July 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pool The fact that the pool opens at 9 am is ridiculous. Business hotel guests have to start the day early. The fact that your staff can not open the pool earlier is not justifiable. The convenience of your guests should come first. The hotel rate at this location is so high that the least you can do is open the pool at 6 am like the Holiday Inn express I stayed at on this same business trip. After all you are supposedly a "full service" Holiday Inn. June 19, 2015
