Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, but hotel needs a complete remodel This hotel has been neglected and really needs to be remodeled. The bed was sagging and soft, bathroom needs a facelift, and curtains had some small holes in them from aging. I've stayed at a lot of IHG hotels over the last few years and this is obviously a property that is using its location to get customers instead of a nice property to stay in. The staff though was helpful, when needed. August 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Needs Care Faults found: Low shower head water pressure. Key card losing programming to door entry and elevator floor selection. Iron leaky and ironing board old. Other guest attempting to enter...front desk issued same room to two different guests. Room office chair old. TV remote had to be depressed using much finger pressure. Good points: Comfortable bed. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room cleanliness very poor I stay exclusively at IHG properties because of the value and service and have for over 15 yrs. The room I had was a king on the first fl that was not up to my expectations. On the third day the bed sheets appeared to be stained and when I looked further think it was the mattress. it wasn't worth complaining about it..... on the last day. The carpeted floor was not clean and within a few hrs at night my white socks were dirty. Also the amenities IE (soap, Face Tissue and Shampoos) were not replaced daily. not a deal breaker but disappointing. August 21, 2015
