Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by San Francisco in January We elected to stay by the airport, both for convenience to the airport itself and also because it was much less expensive than staying right in the city. We didn't mind the extra time spent taking the shuttle (runs twice an hour) and travelling on the BART (seniors' passes very economical). We would like to praise the helpful, efficient and thoughtful servers in the restaurant. They really made our stay more enjoyable. And we were very happy with the shuttle bus drivers. As for the sleep quality, I found that the "firm" pillows were really only larger versions of the "soft" pillows and not very comfortable. I was pleased though that the cleaning staff replaced the items in our room on a daily basis. It always bothers me that if you stay for a week in a hotel you only get coffee, cups etc. on your first night there even though you are paying as much for each night. So well done on that attention to detail. I was only acknowledged as an IHG club member when we first stayed at the hotel the previous week. Is there maybe some limitation on the number of times per month? Although we did get the daily newspaper. But overall, I was pleased and would stay there again. 24 January 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WORST HOLIDAY INN This is the worst Holiday Inn experience for me. The property is expensive and has extremely poorly kept rooms, especially the bathroom in the rooms. Its very small and rusty with stains. The counter top was pathetic and gloomy with water stains. The bathroom door doesn't shut fully. Utterly disappointed. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. 20 January 2015
