Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless night Stayed here on the 30th January on a excellent deal for bed and parking the hotel is really nice, clean and modern, the rooms are comfortable and roomy so why have I gave this such a negative review? When we stayed there was a big teenage party with kids running around all over, we stayed on the first floor and as we had an early flight went to bed at 10.30pm from this time until 4.00am our sleep was disturbed 17 times by kids running up and down the corridor shouting at each other and on there phones, we contacted reception at 12.30 and they assured us that they came onto the floor and saw no problems, when we complained in the morning the guy on reception said we should of phoned downstairs more often as he acknowledged the amount of teenagers being boisterous in the foyer but due to low staffing he would of been unable to come onto the floor and leave the front desk unattended. It's a real shame we where absolutely exhausted when we got up at 5.00 for our flight, guests like this will seriously harm a nice hotels reputation, we ate in the restaurant the starters were really nice but the main course's seemed quite tasteless. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor magaement I used IHG points to stay at this hotel and when I arrived the staff did not upgraded room. I was told that I had airport view and I stated that I did not want an airport view. When I arrived at the room it had airport view so I asked to be moved to another room. I was moved to executive room looking over the airport. Then move to room which had been painted recently so I had to move again and the room did not have a sofa bed which I booked. There was other problems in the hotel like paperwork left in the room from the previous owner, The newspaper did not come to the room in the morning and you could not use the hotel directory on the TV. The lighting in the room was poor. After 9.30pm the room service was limited. February 5, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Our latest stay was somewhat disappointing after paying for what we thought were two of the best 4 rooms in the hotel... Noise from above restaurant floor made every night challenging to sleep, and our other room was plagued with a terrible drain smell which never got any attention from maintenance staff after reporting it 3 times at the front desk. Will probably stay again on our next UK visit, but will certainly clarify and ask more detailed questions before confirming our reservation. Always been extremely happy with staff and rooms at this hotel, shame our latest trip was such a let down. January 26, 2016
