Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Service We were there this past weekend for Hot August Nights. I made the reservation about 2 months ago and requested a non-smoking room. Because this is such a busy weekend, all that was available when I called was a smoking room, but the girl told me to let them know when we arrived that I preferred a non-smoking room. We did get into town a little later than planned, and we had to settle for a smoking room. It wasn't too bad really. I only did smell smoke one time. Overall, it was a great experience. Hotel is clean and front desk people are very pleasant and helpful and try to accommodate as much as in their power.. We would definitely stay there again. 07 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by If you need internet don't stay here Nice hotel, but internet service was not available in my room as promised. When I spoke with staff they directed me to tech support who said it was a problem with the hotel. Apparently it's an on-going problem. When I walked away from the front desk after speaking with the staff my son heard them laugh about it and amongst themselves said if I wanted internet I'd just have to come down to the lobby. I was finishing up a paper for my masters and specifically chose this hotel so I'd have internet access in my room where it is quiet, no distractions and could spread out all of my papers. So, if you need internet I suggest you find somewhere else to stay where staff will tell you the truth--that their internet service doesn't work in your room. 07 August 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Almost Everything Reception by Brandi was the best thing about this place. Everything else was poor by any standard. If this had been another hotel we would have received our money back. Here is what we considered bad. Air conditioner & vent in bathroom were loud. Had to turn AC off to sleep. Microwave has a ticking which was loud. Turned it off. At reception no cart to handle luggage. Was told they were all in use at check-in and was given an old one from reception. Saw other guests having to use the same one. At 6:30 in morning, still no carts.Towels were placed so high, my couldn't reach them. Handicap parking not available. No free breakfast. In hotel restaurant food only! In a town where food is very reasonable, this restaurant food is twice as high for same thing. i.e.: Chicken fried steak $19.95. We paid at another eatery $8.99. NO! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! 02 August 2014

Upon check out, the front desk suggested about changing rooms where there is service but it is late to offer at check out. 30 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant I have stayed at this property three times in the last two months and have had some good dinners but not Saturday night. The chicken breast was fair, the rice bad. Breakfast the next morning was good and the service was good. This could be a great restaurant with a little more attention to detail. It seems understaffed which I understand as I am sure it is tough to gauge the turnout. The poor bartender/waitress who was there at 9:30 on Saturday night was there the next morning to open as well. She's young, she can take it I presume. The elevators continue to be a problem and need to be addressed. One of them always goes to 9 first and then presumably back down to the floors it passed on the way up. Lucky for me I was on 9. 30 July 2014
