Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Decent room, booking isues I Have stayed at this property close to ten times in the past, they offer a commercial rate for truck drivers. I usually book my rooms on my iphone app but it does not give the commercial rate and it can not be changed at check in. So I started calling them and booking directly with the property and that worked fine. My last stay I can no longer do that because you are transferred to a central reservation call center and they do not give the discount and in fact have a higher rate than I could get on the app. This property is conventiently located for me but I will be finding another property because of the rate structure they use. 20 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dedicated staff and friendly too. This hotel is very comfortable on the inside. The outside is a freeway off ramp environment. If you have a car, you will be conveniently located. If you do not have a car, or you are on foot, you will be in an unfriendly pedestrian environment. The inside is a safe and welcoming atmosphere. 17 November 2014

In addition to the friendliness and professionally of the staff (4 different people same great attitude), this is the first hotel of this chain that put a power strip on the side of the bed! I have traveled extensively and all around the world for more than 20 year. I believe I know what I'm talking about. 16 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great desk staff The staff at the front desk were always polite and cheerful. Internet was out. Never good reception on T.V. Small round toilet. Smelled of smoke. Room heater had to be on or off, not thermostat controlled. Bar closed at 835pm. Bed and pillows very comfortable. 13 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy With This Old Hotel The TV service was poor, as reception was lousy with double interference marks on the screen of most channels. There was/is a problem with their satellite antenna as digital channels fade in and out. This was a big problem on game day. The reception was so bad I could not watch the game in my room. While the overall cleanliness of the room was OK. The rug could use a good washing. The maid service skipped us one day even though I told the maid we would need her service later in the morning. Don't eat in their restaurant, as my wife was served rancid bacon! Overall the quality of their food was poor. The staff was excellent and the overall location of this hotel for the Reno area is good. 13 November 2014
