The staff was fantastic. We were there for our granddaughters surgery. They helps us everyday that we stayed. I would like to return for a pleasure visit.

We could not have gotten the special wedding guest rate promised, the room was not ready for early check in as promised, we were all placed on different floors, we did not get much sleep as the kids next door were screaming and jumping on the bed, the hook in the bathroom fell off as well as other things needed fixing/updating, etc. The guests staying across the street had much better facilities (free breakfast, indoor pool, cleaner rooms) and paid $50/night less.

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we both thought this past stay was definitely our worst so far. Although far from being a nightmare, it wasn't the greatest by far. Walls are paper thin, prepare yourself to hear all of your neighbors conversations and choice of tv programs as well as them hearing yours. Beds were stiff and totally uncomfortable. The sheets were threadbare in places. Etc...

Familiar with this city. The location on the corner of Wilson and Hampton avenues, south of Forest Park is in the vast Hill Neighborhood and provides easy access to I-44.

Our stay was very comfortable however as we are in the cleaning business we do have a tenancy to look for cleanliness. The edges were really bad as far as vacuuming and the there was a good amount of dust on the t v itself the carpet did have some spill from a prior guest so maybe more frequent cleaning of carpet

We were in St Louis to share birthday greetings to our children. Our stay was very pleasant, and the city is interesting. The hotel personnel were gracious and friendly, and helpful. We will stay there again.

the worst food. A pre wrapped continental breakfast would have been preferred to the dirty appearance, unfriendly staff in dinning room and quality food.

Upon entering, the hotel lobby appears bright and clean and updated. The rooms need some work to match that feel. Our walls were paper thin and we could hear the person next door snoring! Bathroom was tiny and poorly lit.
