Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay but better wifi needed I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The first time the wifi worked fine for a bit and then started going on and off for a few hours. Thought I just picked an unlucky day to stay, or perhaps was in a room that was far from the router. My next stay a few weeks later, I had similar issues with the Internet. Wire connections were not available in the rooms and I had to resort to using the business center for a reliable connection. 14 December 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NO HOT WATER! We stayed here before an early morning flight--we arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM. The staff that greeted us on arrival was very friendly! The room itself was very clean/comfortable. We found out that the "airport shuttle" did not start until 4:20 AM (this is not listed on the website). Our flight left at 5:50 AM, so we signed up for the earliest shuttle possible. We got a wake-up call for 2:45AM to find out that the shower had NO HOT WATER! We called the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done & she suggested "working with the shower control"--NO other option given. We worked with valve & never got anything but ice-cold water from shower. We informed the front desk & Brittany said that she would notify maintenance--NO other words/options/apologies given. The shuttle did not leave on time/about 10 minutes late, but fortunately there was not much traffic in security! We used reward points for this stay & are VERY disappointed! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! 23 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not Bad Hotel was right across from the National Rental site which is nice because I was able to drop my car of a night early and take the shuttle straight to the door from the hotel. I didn't like that I had to pay for breakfast. I'm used to getting breakfast for free at the holiday inn's that I normally stay. The drink machines on level 1 and 2 were not working and the one on floor 3 did work, but the drink that I received out of the machine was flat and had a date of expiration 3 months earlier so the machine doesn't apparently get filled up like it should. 21 November 2014
