Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No priority benefits at the hotel I have been staying Holiday Inns for over 4 yrs once or twice a month for a week at a time. Recently due to the closing of the Butler Hill facility I chose this facilty and it has been at times a bit rocky... Such as when I arrived last Sunday my reservation could not be found and I always make my reservations weeks ahead if time. This is the first IHG facility that does not acknowledge my Platuim status ... lil sad .... Even with vacationing I always stay within the IHG places and have always been acknowledged . The menu within the hotel was not appealing need more variety of food. 22 December 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay Hotel is not a good place to stay. Claim renovations have been made to pool area, but it is falling apart. Walls look horrible, slip strips missing or coming up. During stay we had no hot water. Management is poor - had a kids eat free promo, no limit shown on room flyer, but said had to be one adult per child. Had three grandchildren but manager even when told issue wouldn't honor. Also I used rewards points for my stay, told would get a refund of these points due to loss of hot water, this has not happened and further corporate IHG is not even helping with the local location. They have told me that local management would contact which has not happened. Do not stay at this location. An addendum for people using the review page the writing guidelines says contact Customer Care - it doesn't work. 21 December 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel needs some Maint help This hotel is just ok. Had some Maint issues that were addressed by the staff but probably could have been avoided if Maint was kept up. ( ie, defective thermostat in the room, dripping shower, slow draining sink). Over stay was nothing to speak of and the price was ok. 05 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Professional Service My wife left all of her jewelry in our room the morning we checked out. We didn't realize it until we were several miles from your motel. I called in and spoke with one of the staff. She informed me one of the service personnel found the items and had already turned them into the front desk. Our daughter, who lives in St. Louis picked up the items that morning. We were so relieved!!! 05 December 2014
